2 BY THE BOARD: This Order memorializes action taken by the (Board) at its Janu~lry 28, 2009 Agenda Meeting. The ' Customer On-Site Renewable E:nergy (CORE) program offers prescribed financial incerltives to New Jersey prop,erty owners to encourage the installation of Class I renewable enl3rgy technologies. Eligible applicants may receive rebates for a portion of the cost of installing solar, wind, or sustainable t>iomass ~It their site. The Staff of the (ace) has reviewed the CORE applications described below as well as the amount of rebates requested. In addition, Honeywell, the (;ontract rt1arket Manager, executed appropriate documentation affirming that, consistent with the terms of its contract, Honeywell is not acting as both the Contract Market Manager and a market part cipant in any of the CORE rebate applications submitted for Board approval. The siglned documents are appended to this Order. Therefore, the ace finds that each application i!; comple':e and fully conforms to all Board requirements for a rebate commitment under this program. 3 Based on the foregoing, the ace recommends that the Board approve the above refer~nced rebate applications. Upon review, the Board that the applications fully conform to all relevant requirements for the CORE program. The Board HEREBY M'PROVE~i the aforementioned rebate applications for the amounts requested and AUTHORIZ~ the Staff of the ace to direct the renewable energy market managers to issue a standard comm tment letter to the applicants identified above, setting forth the terms and conditions of this rebate.. commitment.
