41 Kenneth Todd Falstrom: Mr Falstrom has been helping people with ailments such as muscular sclerosis, Parkinson s, and epilepsy with relief from cannabis and cannabis products for over 10 years. He is an owner operator of Organic Greens Dispensary in Goleta, the closest dispensary to Grover Beach s South. He is a farmer and cannabis cultivator in Santa Barbara County. He sometimes provides free medicines to certain members with chronic conditions such as cancer or MS who aren t able to afford medicine they benefit from. Todd T. Mitchell Mr. Mitchell has resided locally in Grover Beach for the past 12 years and prior to that in San Luis Obispo County. He graduated from Humboldt State University. He has had an 18 year career as an education specialist working with students with special needs. He has worked in the Lucia Mar School District, Santa Barbara County Office of Education, and as Director of Special Education and Superintendent of a local Charter School. He holds a SLO County California Medical Marijuana Caregiver Card to provide care for his son s autism and neurological issues. He has registered cultivations in Santa Cruz County and San Luis Obispo County. He holds Medical Marijuana municipal delivery licenses in Goleta and Paso Robles. He also serves as Vice President of the Central Coast Autism Spectrum Center which provides summer camp, dances, social activities, and support to family members affected by autism spectrum disorders. Grayson Brent Evans: Brent Evans has over 25 years of experience in strategic planning and operations for large-scale residential and commercial development, as well as construction projects. While in Colorado, he also employed these strengths on behalf of the oil and gas industries in the performance of logistics in the engineering, design, fabrication and installation of onshore and offshore exploration and production operations. Currently Brent s manages over 50 companies. Brent has three daughters and one grandson. Brent is active in his community and desires to help others. 7

43 Day to day operations of 1071 Highland Way will be managed by Todd Mitchell, a longtime resident of Grover Beach. Trident Management Solutions plans to operate vertically integrated Commercial Cannabis Businesses including: Distribution, Manufacturing, Dispensary, and Delivery. Dispensary operations will be supported my Mr. K Todd Falstrom, the owner and operator of Organic Greens and Falstrom Farms. Mr. Falstrom has grown up in Santa Barbara proper and Northern Santa Barbara County. He currently operates the closest dispensary to Grover Beach s South in Goleta. Additional executive Management will be provided by G. Brent Evans and M Dan Creighton. Mr. Folstrom and Mr. Mitchell are long time friends since the 1980s in Santa Barbara. The owners are committed to employing local residents and supporting the local economy. All dispensary employees will be residents of San Luis Obispo and / or Santa Barbara Counties. Related vertically integrated Cannabis Businesses will be led by experienced individuals such as: Richard Gaither of Genious Extractions overseeing manufacturing who has been a resident of Lompoc and has moved to Grover Beach for this opportunity. Eamon Lacy of Avila Beach will oversee inventory tracking, distribution, and technology including security, POS, and communications. 19
