18 IEEE AESS DL One of the Plenary Sessions of the May, 2014 IEEE ICASSP held in Florence, Italy. It drew a record attendance of 2,700. Dr. Brookner gave a version of his AESS DL MIMO talk in a poster session.

19 Socializing with Dr. Alfonso Farina (retired from Selex, Italy) at the ICASSP Tuesday evening marvelous Vivaldi concert. Dr. Farina gave an excellent invited plenary talk on passive radars.

IEEE ComSoc Distinguished Lecture Tour Experience in China I have been serving IEEE, particularly ComSoc, for over 15 years in the forms of an author, a reviewer, an editor, a conference organizer and
