8 12 13 Professionals Mr. Tong Soo Chung Tong Soo Chung is a senior foreign counsel at Yulchon LLC. He focuses on corporate law, international trade and investment, sanctions, anti-corruption and cross-border dispute resolution. He is the head of the International Practice Group, directing overseas offices of Yulchon in Vietnam, China, Myanmar and Russia. He re-joined Yulchon in 2010 after serving for four years as the head of Invest KOREA, Korea s foreign direct investment promotion agency. Prior to Invest KOREA, he practiced law with Yulchon ( ), and worked as a senior advisor to Maxon Telecom, a manufacturer of cellular phones and two-way radios in Korea ( ). He also served as a political appointee in the Clinton Administration of the United States, working as a Deputy Assistant Secretary for Service Industries and Finance ( ), Director of the Advocacy Center ( ) and the Director of the Office of Trade Promotion Coordination ( ), all in the International Trade Administration of the United States Department of Commerce.
