2 Everyone wants more traffic. This cheat sheet will show you how to get more of it...without paying a single dime extra in advertising...and without having to get all creative, and come up with more original content. It s a simple strategy that I call Leverage Marketing But before we get into the specifics of the strategy, let s start with the obvious. Traffic = Eyeball Acquisition And there are 2 ways to pay for eyeballs 1) You can pay with MONEY Place Ads Newsletter ads Banner ads Pay per click ads Etc 2) You can pay with TIME Distribute Content Articles Videos Ebooks Blog Posts Podcasts Etc That s pretty basic.

3 You either pay money to have your ad show up in front of people Or you submit content to the internet, and then the search engines show it to users who are searching for that related topic. To scale your results in either of those approaches ( paid with money OR paid with time ) it is critical that you learn the concept of LEVERAGE. That s what Leverage Marketing is all about. It s the shortcut to getting up to 3 times more traffic without really doing any extra work. The idea behind this strategy is simple: Identify the assets you ALREADY have at your disposal, then leverage them into more leads more money more fun....all from less effort. In reality, leverage marketing is just a phrase that I came up with. It s purely conceptual. Look at it like this This is a NEW WAY of thinking about the actions that you are ALREADY taking in your business. And this new way of thinking results in MORE of what you want (traffic) from LESS effort. So here s the deal... If you want to triple the amount of visitors you are getting to your website without spending more on advertising, you need to submit more content to the internet. But how do you submit more content to the internet without having to create more original content? I know of 3 REALLY good ways to do this Each one builds upon the last.

4 But to keep things simple, I m going to share the first method (which is the easiest and most effective) with you right now. After all, this is a cheat sheet not a ebook. It s Called...The J12 Method If you are serious about getting 3 times the traffic without doing much extra work, then this is the way to go The J12 Method is leverage marketing at it s finest. Here s how it works You take ONE single piece of content and leverage it 12 different ways. Below, I ve listed those 12 different ways I start by using the example of writing one article But this could really be anything A blog post, a video, etc. It doesn t really matter what TYPE of content you start with... All that matters is that you re purpose that single piece of content into several different formats, and then submit each new piece of content to several different directories. So let s say you write an article Here s how you apply the J12 Method to that article and get A LOT more traffic without spending a dime on advertising and without creating more original content. Disclaimer: The first time you apply the J12 Method to a piece of existing content, it may take some time to set up the different accounts where you will be submitting that new repurposed content to But once it s done the first time, the entire process can be systematized (or even outsourced) and you will at least TRIPLE the amount of traffic you get from each original piece of content you create.

5 Here are the 12 steps to the J12 Method that you can apply to any existing piece of content Again, remember that I m starting with an article but you can start with anything. Step #1: Write 1 article and submit it to article directories. Step #2: Rework that article into a press release and submit it to at least 1 directory. Step #3: Convert that article into a step by step tutorial and submit it to sites like tutorialize.com, ehow.com,ect. Step #4: Turn the article into a powerpoint presentation and submit it to sites like slideshare.net, slideboom.com, ect. Step #5: Use a screen recording software to record a video and submit it to youtube.com, viddler.com, metacafe, ect. (hint: use tubemogul to speed up this process) Step #6: Remove the audio from the video you just recorded and submit it as a podcast to sites like itunes, podfeed, and podcast.net Step #7: Turn your article into a pdf and submit it to sites like free ebooks.net, getfreeebooks.com, ect. Step #8: Submit that SAME pdf to document sharing sites like scribed, docstock.com, and other document sharing sites. Step #9: Combine your article, and your youtube video to make a blog post. Step #10: Submit that same blog post to the 2 biggest blogging comunities: bloggersbase.com and blogengage.com Step #11: Combine the article, video, press release, and podcast and create a Squidoo lens.
