About a year ago, Martin got me involved in one of his projects helping him test a gambling system. My "regular job" is that of a commercial real estate broker. Basically, I do deals. I find buyers and sellers and put them together in a way that a business transaction can occur. If I am successful, I get paid for my efforts. Most of the time there are more failures than successes in my business. By failures I mean that most of my potential deals don't necessarily pan out the way I would like. Potential buyers don't always buy and prospective sellers don't always agree to list their properties with me. 22

23 The commercial real estate business is both time and people intensive. Some days when I get home I really don't feel like talking to anyone. You might say I am "talked out." I know that there are many other people in the same rut I am in. They work long hours and are too tired when they finally get some time off to enjoy it. And, like me, they may get very frustrated dealing with people all day. Some days I feel like the Snoopy poster I hung up in my college days which said, "I love mankind, it's people I can't stand." All you need to become an online gambler is a computer with a monitor, a connection to the Internet (modem, DSL or cable), an Internet Service Provider (ISP) and the ability to download software. I know you are probably thinking, "Can I really make money gambling online?" The bottom line is, "Yes, you can make a lot of money." Here's another part of my strategy. I use a complete betting and playing strategy which enables me to beat the casino at its own games. I am not saying that I win every game. I usually win between 80% and 90% of my online sessions. When I lose, I don't lose much and I have positive winnings on the average. I understand that there are now about 3,000 online casinos, all of them competing for the same pool of players. The competition is so stiff among these casinos that they pay players bonuses just for agreeing to play in their casinos. 28 I know this sounds incredible, but it's true. Here's why the casinos can afford to do this - The average online player loses between $200 and $300 a week. With these kinds of "averages" in their favor, the casinos can throw out all kinds of cash bonuses, knowing that the average player will not only lose the bonus, but will end up losing his own money to the casinos. Part of the reason most players lose is that the playing environment doesn't seem real. When you walk into a land-based casino, you are not likely to forget where you are. The casinos do everything they can to lull the customers into a state of complacency, but I believe the online casinos have a big advantage in taking their customers' money. It doesn't seem real when you are playing online. Let me repeat this. Playing in an online casino seems just like playing another computer game. The average player quickly forgets that real money (his money) is at stake. As a result, most players play very foolishly and soon lose all of their deposits as well as the bonus. The online casinos can continue to offer high bonuses because most players are too foolish to take advantage of them. I don't fritter away the free money. Using my system, I beat the casinos outright and then grab the bonus money they keep throwing at me. 28

29 The table below recaps my last three months of play. This table shows the amount of cash I deposited in each casino, my minimum wager for each level of play, the number of games I played at each level and my average hourly winnings. The first row in it shows how I did with my lowest buy-in. I am showing you the minimum amount ($300) and the recommended amount ($500) at each buy-in level. I'll tell you more about this a little later. 29

30 At the $300 ($500) level my base bet was $5. By base bet, I mean the minimum bet I used. I sometimes wagered higher amounts at each level, but never went below the base bet. As you can see, I played 71 games at the $5 base bet level and averaged making $ an hour. This is not bad. In fact it's great! If I had played strictly at the $5 level, I would have still made pretty good money. If I played ten hours a week at this level, I could bring in $2, on the average. This is important. If your goal is to make $100,000 a year, you can accomplish it by playing online ten hours a week for 50 weeks at year. At this level of play, you would make ($2,687 per week x 50 weeks) = $134,350. To be fair, you will actually have to work longer than ten hours a week to achieve this. It takes almost as long to do all of the paperwork as it does to play. I can do all of the "support work" for ten hours of online play in five or six hours. If you were just starting out, it might take you as long as eight to ten hours a week to do everything needed to keep up with ten hours of online play. Let's be real conservative and use 20 hours a week as our estimate of the time you spend. Now $2,687 a week, even for 20 hours of work is not too bad. But I do a lot better than this and you can too. 30

31 it is - However, there is one feature of this strategy that I really like. Stated simply As your winnings grow, you can increase the size of your wagers and your hourly win rates. This is exactly what I did. After playing at the $5 base level for awhile, my gambling bankroll got much larger. Soon I found that I could move up to making $10 base bets. This required increasing the size of my deposit from $300 to $800. However, my hourly winnings increased to $ an hour. As more time passed and my winnings continued to grow, I found that I could move up to $15, then $20 and finally even $25 base bets. Each time I moved up, I gave myself a raise. Let's see how this works out. 31

32 Playing with $5 bets, I was making $2,687 a week for ten hours of play. At the $10 level, I made $3421 for the same effort. As a $15 player, the casinos paid me $4,109 on the average, for the same amount of work. Moving up to $20 base bets, I increased my weekly pay to $4,830 on the average. Finally, at the $25 betting level, I found that ten hours of online play would pay me $5,493 a week. Now here's what's really nice. At this level of play, I can work only five hours a week and still make $2,746 a week! If I play 40 weeks a year, this works out to $109,840 a year! Now we are speaking my kind of language. I am currently doing just that. Last week I played about seven hours and brought in over $3,600. The important thing here is to learn that you can adjust your play to whatever level you want and play for as long or as little as you want. Online casinos are open 24/7. While not every online casino will continue to throw bonuses your way, many of them do. I think that they are reacting to a pattern they have seen with other players (the losing players). I play enough to earn a bonus, win some, withdraw some and then leave a balance in the account. The casino licks its wounds over the money it lost but is drooling over the prospect of suckering me into throwing more money their way and then losing to them. After all, this is how most players react. By leaving some funds in my account I entice the casino into encouraging me to play more. Therefore, I get additional bonus offers. You can almost hear the casino calculating how much they will get out of the sucker this time. Except I don't lose. At least not often. Online casinos are not used to seeing this kind of play. Their experience tells them that offering bonuses almost always entices the player into losing. So, I wait a couple of weeks and sure enough, I receive another bonus offer. 51
