1 Preschool/Pre-K School Supply List Please bring the following to school: 2 family photos 2 large boxes of facial tissue 2 containers of cleaning wipes (Natural please-no bleach) An extra set of clothing, including socks and underwear, labeled and in a zip lock bag. A light jacket for cooler temps Indoor shoes Closed-toed shoes with back strap for the playground, athletic shoes are best Rain boots and rain jacket (fall and spring) (Tractor Supply and Walmart usually have these in stock) Winter jacket, snow pants, boots, mittens and hat when appropriate A small blanket for rest time. Backpack-no wheels please. They don t fit well in our lockers. Prescription medications and lotions such as sunscreen, or for dry skin. Please do not send pain reliever or fever reducer. We have permission forms in our office. PLEASE LABEL EVERYTHING

2 Kindergarten Supply List 1. Backpack without wheels 2. Art Supply box with coloring items (markers, crayons, or colored pencils) 3. Glue sticks 4. Scissors 5. Pencils 6. 2 pocket folders 7. Dry Erase Marker with eraser or sock to be used as an eraser 8. Gym shoes (clean and need to stay at school) 9. Clorox wipes and/or Kleenex (to be replaced throughout the year) 10. Head phones (what is comfortable for your child) 11. Inside shoes to stay at school to wear inside the classroom. Please label your child s items.

Graph Paper for 6 th grade math class Dear Parents, The above lists the necessary supplies to start the school year. Unless otherwise indicated, many of the items on the above list will be used in both Mrs. Walter s and Mrs. Owen s classrooms. With the exception of Kleenex and disinfecting wipes, it is the student s responsibility to have supplies on hand.
