If Customer requests additional design help to develop event theme, color scheme or layout for collateral, additional charges may apply. Personalized names or messages can be printed inside for each glass at an upcharge of $3/pc Outside of glass will keep consistent corporate logo, message or color scheme. Art Setup Fee Initial setup charge is $77.00(s) per design. This includes: o Virtual sample electronic product sample photo for approval which includes 3 views front, back and inside. o Two revisions two rounds of revisions to the virtual sample Samples Custom physical sample Cost is retail pricing in Column 1. Terms 50% deposit at time of order placement. Final 50% charged at time of shipping Net 30 with approved credit or credit card. All orders FOB Warehouse and normally shipped UPS Ground.
