For special designs or logotypes, you must furnish camera-ready artwork, which is generally available from your printer. Non-camera-ready art slows processing time. This warranty is expanded to include Omni and Classic dinnerware, Mighty Mugs, Soup Mugs and Ramekins. Omni and Classic dinnerware, Mighty Mugs, Soup Mugs and Ramekins must be handled like fine dinnerware. Do not use harsh abrasive cleansers or scouring pads at any time during the wash cycle, or to remove stubborn stains. Do not place Prolon products in a standard or microwave oven. Do not expose the product to dry heat in excess of 185 F for a prolonged period of time. This warranty is not applicable to any product that has been misused or abused in any way.
