37 Company Policies ORDERING There is no minimum order required. The prices published in this catalog and on our website are our wholesale prices. Discounts are available on most products based on the quantity purchased. You are not required to have a business license or state Tax ID# to order unless you are a resident of Texas and you are wishing to exempt the sales tax. In order to exempt the Texas sales tax we must have on file a completed Sales & Use Tax Form from your company. You may order 24 hours a day and 7 days a week on our website ( ). We are open from 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Standard Time from Monday to Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday. In order to remain efficient in our ability to process your order quickly we must insist that orders cannot be changed (or combined) once they are placed. RETURN POLICY We are so confident in our products that we will accept returns within 30 days of your original purchase if you are not fully satisfied. Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept returns for consumable merchandise if it has been opened. This includes fragrances, dyes, waxes, and additives. If the product has not been opened, we usually will accept a return if it has been within 30 days of purchase. For example, if a fragrance oil has not had the foiled seal broken, we are able to accept a return on it as long as it is within 30 days of purchase. This policy is for your benefit to ensure that you get a safe, sanitary and 100% unaltered product that has not been contaminated by any outside sources. For this reason, we recommend ordering sample sizes of these products (when available) before buying a larger quantity. Returns must be received in good, unused condition in order to be accepted. If items are not received in resalable condition, they may not be accepted. Once the return is received by us, we will issue a refund to the original credit card used for purchase. BILLING We accept payment by any card that displays a VISA, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo. You may also prepay with a Cashier's Check or Money Order. REPRESENTATION & WARRANTY We warrant our materials delivered hereunder to conform to specifications and descriptions and to be free from defect in material or workmanship. Our responsibility is limited to replacing or reprocessing at our facility any materials which have been returned to us, which have been determined to be defective, provided that we are advised within ten days after shipment of the material of any defect or failure to conform to the applicable specifications. Our liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective material, or if repair or replacement of defective material is impossible or cannot be accomplished in time to meet the customer's production schedule, we shall refund the original purchase price plus the cost of transportation. 5. Buyer assumes all liability directly or indirectly resulting from the use of any and all products. We are a distributor of high quality candle making supplies, not a manufacturer. Although we do hold our vendors to a high standard of quality, we play no role in the manufacturing process. It is the customer's responsibility to test products and implement their own quality control procedures to ensure the quality and integrity of the finished product. We shall have the sole right to determine the method of shipment for the return of these materials and of determining whether such material shall be re-processed, repaired, or replaced. This warranty shall not apply to any materials reprocessed outside of our facility.
