16 F. A. Q s What Metal is used in your bases? Our bases are made from the same metals that other companies with like products sell. The metals are zinc alloy, nickel and lead and Cadmium free/stainless steel. Some might be copper depending on the product. Your skin can discolor with even pure silver, but these metals should perform fine for almost everyone. They have for us. How do you sell your charms collection for so much less than everyone else? We do not work for a company. We are a group of 3-4 artists who have pooled our talents to create our own company where we can undersell others because we do not carry the burden of overhead where we have to pay down lines, trips and commissions to a person or persons who are the middlemen. We work from home by ourselves. We make some of our own products and we create our own sales programs. This way we can pass along these savings to you. We simply love what we do and believe you deserve a great deal. How do I care for my products? Use a clean, dry, soft polishing cloth for your bases and charms. Do not use a silver or gold polishing cloth or wet products to clean your Charms and Bases. Keep all of your jewelry OUT of water and steam rooms and spas. Put your jewelry on LAST after you use hair care products, perfumes and body sprays. Make sure your skin is dry. Store your metal jewelry parts in a zip lock plastic bag or in your TARNISH FREE BIN to keep your products looking great.
