An endangered species declining due to loss of specific habitat requirements 57 Wattled Guan Aburria aburri A surprise find at roadside stop when returning from Guajira. Possibly displaced by floods 58 Sickle-winged Guan Chamaepetes goudotii 2 seen on Galapagos Road and 1 seen at Rio Blanco Reserve 59 Crested Bobwhite Colinus cristatus 4 seen in stubbly fields at stop en-route to Ibague 60 Black-fronted Wood-Quail Odontophorus atrifrons With three very small disjunct populations two in Colombia and one in Venezuela, we enjoyed superb views of 4 birds of the nominate race in the gardens of Eldorado Lodge, Santa Marta 61 Bogota Rail E Rallus semiplumbeus Endemic: Most visitors try and see this species in the park in Bogota!
