NATURAL RUBBER One of the basic materials used in the manufacture of Saffron beds is cotton. It is used for its ability to ventilate and divert heat and moisture. The layers of specially combed cotton cover the springs and natural rubber to create wonderful feeling at each touch. For the upholstery of our beds and mattresses, Saffron uses only top quality cotton fabric with a density of 48 threads per square centimeter. Thanks to the cotton you will always sleep dry. WOOL Sheep s wool has many attributes that cannot be replaced by any other natural material. Wool naturally repels moths and mites. Cotton acts as natural air conditioning, it cools in the summer and warms in the winter. When combined with cotton, it regulates the temperature of the bed, increases air circulation and comfort. You will spend all the night dry and at the perfect temperature. PINE Wood from Swedish pine trees is an essential building component in the construction of Saffron beds. Swedish pine grows very slowly in the cold Swedish environment making it incredibly strong and stable. The right selection of high quality wood ensures long-term strength and stability for Saffron beds. Hence, we are able to provide you with a 30-year warranty on all of our bed frames. COTTON WOOL Saffron works exclusively with 100% natural rubber of the best quality. SPRINGS Natural rubber is extracted from rubber trees grown in Southeast Asia and Latin America.
