10 From the Director's Desk DIRECTOR PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE Greeting from the faculty, staff and students of IITM, Murthal. I welcome you to the family of my institute. Have ambitions and aims and let your hard work, enthusiasm and resilience take you to any height you desire. IITM, Murthal has engineering and management Programmes:- M.Tech, B.Tech, Diploma and BBA, BCA; which are in demand in present day multinational and national corporate world. The college faculty provides education to the students which allow them to harness their skills, realize their dreams and ignite their passion to excel. Our Institution is fully equipped with all modern gadgets to cater not only for teaching but offering seminars, guest lectures by inviting people from IIT, DU, IIM along with personellls from industries especially IBM, HCL, Bytes, Infosys etc. The academic programmes offered are comprehensive and as per the university to which college is affiliated and are continuously being upgraded to keep pace with latest development and innovations in associated discipline. Believing that knowledge is power, we endeavor at IITM to equip our students with latest subject knowledge and strive to create a learning culture that promotes quality and discipline. The group is headed by a brilliant young man and visionary leader Sh. Devender Kaushik its Chairman and Sh. Munish Bajaj Co-Chairman who himself being a hard worker is striving hard for excellence in every area and leave no stone unturned in providing resources to develop that. I am confident that by the blessing of almighty this group shall soon become an autonomous University having its own name in the country. Profile: Prof. (Dr.) M M Jha Ph.D (Electrical), M.E. (C&EI), B.Sc. Engg. (E&C) has 36 years of rich experience in Industrial R&D and Teaching. He has worked as Director of SITM Unnao, SBIT Sonepat and SVNIET Barabanki, as Professor & HOD in MPEC-Kanpur & Integral University. He has worked as Vice President in Superplast, New Delhi. He designed many electronics equipments in R&D division of UPTRON INDIA Ltd., Lucknow. He has published a number of research papers in international journals of repute.
