He completed doctoral degree in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai He completed his master degree in Power Electronics and Drives from Anna University, Chennai He completed his bachelor degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Govt. College of Technology, Coimbatore. He has published papers in 5 International Journals and 6 International & National Conferences. He guided various research oriented technical projects for undergraduates and post graduates. During his service he organized many workshops and national conferences for the benefits of students.
