1 Proposed video script for Lockheed Scholarships to Freedom Farms Camera 1 follows Will. Camera 2 focuses on the graphics. It s got a unique twist to it, so please bear with me. You can join our public relations team with an online petition to Lockheed Martin Board of Directors for a $20 million award to FFLC for development of virtual reality learning games. If successful, all petition signers will receive a $2500 scholarship credit. If you are old enough to remember the Navy s Stealth Ship, named the Sea Shadow, your interest level should go up a notch. It was a central part of the1997 James Bond 007 movie, Tomorrow Never Dies.

2 I was only 34 years old when I was granted patent # 3,541,987, November 24, Will Barkley November 11, years old If you are at all interested in the idea of justice, this should really pique your interest! Lockheed, now Lockheed-Martin, the $70 billion dollar Aerospace and Defense Contractor, intentionally and very deliberately used my hull design and secured a U.S. Navy contract for $200 million dollars to build the Stealth Ship. By the way, $200 million in 1970 is at least $1.2 billion in 2017 dollars.

3 The ship was built under top secret conditions inside a huge, covered dry dock, floating in San Francisco Bay. I used to drive along the Bayshore Freeway and look out my car window at that huge structure and wonder, What the heck is going on out there? There was no way for me to discover what went on until the Navy released information on the Stealth Ship in the July, 1993 issue of Popular Mechanics magazine. When questioned by my patent attorney the U.S. Patent Office s position was that the statute of limitations prevented any lawsuit to recover damages. So, Lockheed used my patent to secure the $200 million contract, built the Stealth Ship and 23 years after my patent was granted, the Navy released the information to Popular Mechanics. Lockheed violated my patent rights and then used the military secrecy system and a legal loophole to escape any retribution. An online petition to the Board of Directors might provide a financial solution.

4 So, why am I, an 80-year-old mechanical engineer, telling you this story? Because I believe I have another 20 years or so before I check out. What do I want to accomplish in those 20 years? Very simply, I want to establish a global network of Freedom Farms Learning Centers and my sense of justice says that Lockheed should help me do that! How? Let s call it a Lockheed Scholarship Award to Freedom Farms Learning Center to fund the development of Virtual Reality Learning Games. Did I say that $200 million in 1970 is at least $1.2 billion in 2017 dollars?

5 Why am I motivated to establish Freedom Farms Learning Centers? The intense joy of learning something new about myself, about humans and their relationships with each other and animals, about our solar system and the cosmos, continues to be the overriding passion of my life. I want to share this passion with all living beings. My son sometimes calls me Moe because we both recognize this strong motivation as my own Moses Syndrome.
