3 You are not alone we ve all been there. Its 5 o clock on the last day of the month and you are staring out the darkened window, wondering how you re going to find more clients next month Marketing isn t working. You d like to get a referral, but how? You ve already combed through your book of business three times to find missed business, but it s all locked up. Your bank account is much lower than you are comfortable with You ve got overhead and you ve got a family you need to know where your next piece of business is coming from Why is it so hard to get in front of people! Why doesn t marketing work anymore? Why don t people recognize how much better their lives would be if they talked to us? It drives you crazy, doesn t it? If You Build It They Will Come In the movie Field of Dreams, Shoeless Joe Jackson tells Kevin Costner s character, If you build it, he will come. Now that quote is often misquoted as, If you build it, they will come. And the misquote makes sense, as it is just as true. The movie ends with hundreds of car lights heading for the field that Costner built. And I tell you what if you follow this exact premise, you will get in front of more people than you can dream about. 2 P age

4 How I wrote $5 million in 3 Months, without a cent in Marketing In January of 2002, CD rates went below 2% for the first time in memorable history. People were panicking, trying to figure out what to do with their money. Remember, they were still smarting from the Dot Com Bubble collapse so they weren t eager to invest in the market either. This annuity company was pleased with me at first sending them millions of dollars to a forgotten product until they figured out the loophole I had found! They immediately stopped taking new money and locked the product down. They were stuck between a rock and a hard place. Enter If You Find It They Will Come I had been aware of a (little used) annuity product that was paying 3% and had a clause that made it completely liquid. When the company designed the product, they were under the belief that we would never see a 3% interest rate, so they didn t think twice about this little loophole. Well, I got busy contacting all of my clients and we started pouring money into the product. Then, I started getting calls from their friends and neighbors and their money started pouring in it started slow and then built up to a Tsunami of money coming in. I made over $300,000 in just 3 Months And I would have made far more if they hadn t locked the product down. Money was coming in at a rate of $1 million a week by the end of my 3 month tear. I didn t do a bit of selling they were throwing their money at me! And I m not exaggerating. 3 P age

5 So, What s the Point? That Product Doesn t Exist Anymore It s not about the Product. It s about If You Find It, They Will Come That product always exists if you are looking for it. You have to quit acting and looking like all of your competitors Marketing the same way they do Selling the same products that they do Promising the same things they do But, if you look, sound and act the same as your competitors why in the world would clients want to change over to you? It s easier just to stay where they are at. You need to FIND the Next Thing Nobody Else is Talking About That thing doesn t come along everyday but it has arrived once again. Clients want lots of things: Growth Income Safety Protection from taxes Protection from running out of money Protection from Long Term Care costs Getting the highest Social Security income possible They want it all! All clients are interested in all of these things to one degree or another but they hate complication they hate change they want a magic pill that fixes all of these things with the least amount of effort and no cost. Well, I ve found the magic bullet. 4 P age

7 TRiiP Growth Protection from LTC Cost Tax Protection Protection from running out of money Income They want it ALL! The TRiiP is that Next Thing making advisors who know about it over $25,000 a Week As most revolutionary ideas it s pretty simple. As most ingenious inventions, it just borrows from things already in existence and puts them together in ways nobody has thought about before. It was only a matter of time before somebody figured a way to give clients all of the things they wanted in one little package, with virtually no work whatsoever: The client doesn t have to move their investments The client doesn t need to buy something out of pocket They just have to give you the OK to implement the TRiiP Plan for them 6 P age

8 Clients obviously Love it but Advisors Love it more, if that s possible Here s Why Advisors Love TRiiP It requires no marketing and advisors are making over $25,000/mo It pays at least 14% combined commission If the advisor decides to market, it pays up to 20% combined commission Unlocks money you thought was locked up with NO churning Uses products and techniques 100% compliant with all regulatory agencies and BDs So what in the heck is TRiiP? How can it give clients everything they want and still give advisors basically everything they are looking for? It s using products that you ve been using for the last ten years. It s simply putting them together in a way clients and most advisors haven t ever thought about before It s kind of like the guy who said, Hmmm I love motorcycles and I love boats Hey! What if I put the two of them together! And Presto! The Jet Ski was born. Now, people pay top dollar to own one and they love it! Boat dealers make top dollar on them and they love them! Everybody wins. TRiiP is just like that a win win. Your client gets everything they ve always wanted it but didn t know it existed and you get unbelievable commission with a product approved by 100% of Brokers Dealers, Insurance Compliance Departments. 7 P age

9 The New Concept of the TRiiP is taking on a Life of its Own Just like the Jet Ski did the TRiiP is taking off. As you know, when there is a pent up demand that nobody has touched, it creates a huge amount of low hanging fruit and advisors can bring in money very rapidly with virtually no effort. Of course, this crazy pace will slow down in two or three years as it does for any new idea, but people are still buying Jet Skis just not as fast as they did at the beginning. And with anything in marketing, the first guy out there selling it sets himself up as king of that product. Is There a Catch? Yes, there is. Because the TRiiP is made up of these products that have been out there forever, it s just that nobody has put them together in this way before you need to explain the concept to clients the right way. And you need a presentation that gets the client telling you Why they need it not once, but dozens of times Why it solves all of their desires, needs and wants not once, but dozens of times Why they need TRiiP right now and not later And I m going to be straight with you the presentation takes between 45 minutes and an hour this is not just some little diagram you are going to draw or a little 5 minute story you are going to tell them. This requires your focus to walk your client through a step by step process where they tell you over and over again why they need it. Don t worry, it ends up being pretty fun and easy once you ve done it a couple of times and we give you a software presentation that actually does most of the work for you. And Hey! Isn t a 14% commission and giving your clients everything they want worth a 45 minute presentation? 8 P age

10 Who Does TRiiP Work For? It works for any advisor that has at least a few years in the business registered reps, RIA s and Insuranceonly professionals. The TRiiP has not yet failed to work for any advisor that has had at least a few years of success under his or her belt. It really comes down to this: If an advisor is looking for something that his competitors aren t yet talking about; a way to pick a bunch of low hanging fruit and bring in some business very rapidly with no marketing outlay; an advisor is looking to ramp up his or her business in the next 6 months by getting in front of a bunch of people that will be eager to have you solve, not just one of their problems, but ALL of them in a simple and easy way.
