Classroom and hands-on training takes place in a variety of stages, involving the most important production, operation and maintenance issues. In addition, customized training packages can be designed and implemented to meet the special requirements of any customer and facility. Participants will be able to set-up numerically controlled hobbing machines and process high-quality work pieces. Correct preparation of the machine for the manufacture of work gears Preventive procedure for avoiding errors Inputting data into the Gleason-Pfauter hobbing dialogue program Analysis of processed work gears Measures to improve quality by changing the machine equipment and by means of specific program changes Optimization of technology data and time data The machine must be available for the duration of the course. Knowledge from the day to day work to our training staff is incorporated into the training courses on a continual basis. This permits us to deal with the whole spectrum of your specific production problems and the equipment of the machines supplied and to offer and provide these customer-specific training courses. Organizational Instructions The course description on the following pages provide information relating to aims, content and preconditions. We recommend that you register your employees only for courses the preconditions of which they can meet. We will be happy to advise you with regard to suitability of candidates. We will immediately send you an appropriate quotation and reserve your desired or the next free training date. The date will be reserved after receiving your written order. All unconfirmed trainings within 4 weeks before the planed date, will be used for other customers! Cancellation: It is possible to cancel the confirmed training up to 4 weeks before the planed training. Otherwise the full amount will be invoiced. Should it not be possible to hold a course due to unforeseeable circumstances on our part, you will be notified immediately and an alternative date will be arranged with you. Hotel: We will gladly take over the reservation in a hotel near to us. Language: All trainings will be executed in German or English. Any required interpreter services will be charged according to expense incurred. Fees: The current valid fees you get on request.
