3 Anti-Trust Policy IAGC believes that fair and open competition among geophysical contractors, their vendors and customers, is the best means to foster and promote a vigorous and growing geophysical industry. While it is appropriate for IAGC to engage in a variety of beneficial activities, including development of proposed standards and collection of industry statistical data, the meeting of the Board of Directors shall not be used as an occasion to reach or attempt to reach any understanding or agreement among competitors whether written or oral, formal or informal, express or implied that would violate U.S., European or other applicable antitrust or anti-competition laws. 23 Highlights from the last year Americas Chapter Supporting membership in addressing access & operational issues with regulators Western Energy Corridor, Eastern US States Provided content to and work with Producers Association of Wyoming on legislation impacting seismic operations in Wyoming Submitted joint comments with API to US FWS on their proposal to list the Lesser Prairie-Chicken as a threatened species Submitted comments to BLM and Wyoming SHPO on the proposed new State Protocol Agreement Sent correspondence to USFS and Congress regarding challenges and obstacles geophysical industry must deal with on US forest acreage 23

24 Highlights from the last year Americas Chapter Held BOEM G&G Permit Workshop Settled GOM NGO seismic Lawsuit NRDC v Salazar US Ocean Policy / Marine Spatial Planning Organized member s participation at GOM PEIS public scoping meetings Ongoing dialogue with NMFS and BOEM on GOM G&G regulation Provided 10 year GOM seismic activity estimates to BOEM in support of GOM G&G PEIS and Biological Opinion Provided overview of geophysical operations to US Navy as it relates to Atlantic OCS Participated in Eastern Canada offshore rights issuance workshop Held several negotiating sessions with CNSOPB in attempt to resolve longstanding issues involving confidentiality and release of non-exclusive seismic data Met with BOEM Director & NMFS Director conveying IAGC s position on several environmental and permitting issues. Americas Offshore Committee has begun developing guidance for seismic contractors to assure buffer zone compliance 24
