Manoj is a trained product designer from National Institute of Design, Ahmedabad. He is also a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. He Genevieve Flaven is the Managing Director of Style-Vision, based out of Shanghai. Style-Vision manages future innovation and creativity from trend research to branding strategies. Through trend conferences and innovation workshops, Genevieve helps companies identify future business opportunities, by matching their innovations with consumer expectations. Before Style-Vision, Genevieve worked as project manager for Hewlett-Packard and CSC Peat Marwick. Dr. Chips Chipalkatti is a Founder board member of Global Innovation Management Institute, USA. Chips received a Ph.D. in Polymer Science & Engineering from University of Massachusetts and holds a B. Tech in Chemical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai. His early work included research on advanced materials and organic light sources. Since 2005, Dr. Chips led the Strategic Innovation Management function for OSRAM SYLVANIA and continued to serve as a key member of OSRAM s global innovation leadership. Dr. Chips has also played a pioneering role in the Lighting industry as an industry leader in various trade bodies and working with public agencies. Dr. Chips now works through his executive consulting practice focusing on industry transformation, innovation and entrepreneurship with special emphasis on the commercialization of innovation.

Sonal has been at the helm of Fashion and Lifestyle trend forecasting for almost a decade, working as a trend analyst and creative head for multiple organizations, including The Cotton Council.

7 Sonal Verma is the face behind the label RARA AVIV- a Delhi based clothing brand started in 2012, that speaks of immortal design and bespoke aesthetics. An alumnus National Institute of Fashion Technology, New Dellhi and IED, Madrid, Spain. Sonal has been at the helm of Fashion and Lifestyle trend forecasting for almost a decade, working as a trend analyst and creative head for multiple organizations, including The Cotton Council. Pranay Gupta is the Co-founder and Partner of 91springboard based in Delhi. He is PGP from IIM(A); B. Tech & M. Tech Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Pranay has worked with Lehman Bros, established India s first accelerator at CIIE (at Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad) and has been involved with over 80+ startups. He has led 35+ investments in startups across many domains.
