13 White Rose Carbon Capture & Storage Operator: National Grid Carbon Ltd. Segment: On & Offshore, circa 170km Region: Yorkshire UK Description/Challenges: Transportation of Dense Phase CO 2 is not the same as transport of Hydrocarbons (venting, materials etc.) Limited supply chain experience with dense phase CO 2 (equipment and bulks) Current status: FEED completion scheduled for June 2015 FID forecast 1Q

14 Tolmount Genesis Projects of Importance to NSC Operator: Eon Location: Offshore, 49km NE of Easington Region: UK, Southern North Sea Description/Challenges: Could be one of largest discoveries in UK SNS over the last decade; Central gathering facility (minimum Facilities tie back to suitable hosts (both offshore and onshore)) infrastructure for processing and entry to the NTS Genesis Scope: Select Phase Genesis are involved in a number of studies directly for E.On as well as for potential host companies Current status: First Gas

15 Tanzanian Blocks 1 & 4 Client: BG Group Phase: Field Development Planning, Conceptual Feasibility Location: Tanzania, Offshore water depth m Description/Challenges: Gas fields - Jodari, Mzia (Block 1), and Chewa, Pweza, Fulusi, Ngisi and Kamba (Block 4), will be monetised via an onshore LNG Plant, extensive deepwater offshore canyon features. Scope Genesis performed SELECT stage studies to include: Floating production concepts Onshore vs. offshore compression Subsea architecture Hydrate mitigation strategy development Integrated production modelling reservoir to gas delivery Onshore upstream gas plant site selection Interface with LNG plant. Current status: Selection between preferred Offshore and Onshore Processing Concepts First Gas 2022/

16 Jubilee Full Field Development Plan Client: Tullow Phase: FEED Location: Ghana, offshore 900 to 1,400m, located 130km WSW of Takoradi Description/Challenges: The first 2 phases of the Jubilee development involved 5 oil production drill centres tied back to a turret moored FPSO via dual 12-inch steel flowlines and dual 10-inch flexible risers. The Jubilee field is now to be expanded for Full Field development plus the addition of the MTA fields. The MTA fields are intended to be integrated in phases and comprise oil, gas and water injection wells. Scope Subsea FEED scope is currently being finalised but is likely to include flowline design, spool design, flow assurance, riser dynamic analysis, SPS specification, material selection and specification. Current status: Early (Pre-) FEED in progress. 16

17 Kamose Plaform Client: NOSPCO Phase: Detailed Design & Procurement Location: Egypt, offshore eastern flank of Nile Delta Description/Challenges: The Kamose Platform project aims at the further development and exploitation of the natural gas from Kamose leases, which are located offshore respectively at about 60 km and 50 km north of Rommana, North western Sinai, Egypt, in order to maintain the production plateau at an average rate of 180 mmscfd as long as possible, ensuring the highest reserves are achieved for each reservoir. The Kamose Platform project consists of: A minimal facilities well head platform for 2 wells A tie in to the existing pipeline to the Onshore Facility Scope Current status: All procurement in name of COMPANY according to Egyptian Law and EGPC Rules All main equipment items on enquiry Bulk procurement to be released as data is available 17

18 Procurement Policy - Genesis Supply Chain 95% of Genesis procurement activities are for and on behalf of clients - we purchase from Client approved suppliers. Genesis also carry out market surveys and enquiries to support cost estimates for conceptual and FEED studies We can advise the client if the list is insufficient or incorrect or needs to be extended If additional vendors are required we supplement client vendor lists by utilising the FPAL data base and positive experience on previous projects.
