Future exploration towards Raich, Dolan, Eisler 2012 Exploring the future and understanding where we are moving to is very important, but it is by far not enough Based on forecast and anticipation (megatrends, major shifts) we can describe the expected future in the Future View Future Design We need to decide which direction we want to take and what is the desired future we would like to have. What we are doing today is impacting the future, but we need to know what we should be doing to move in the desired direction Based on the Ideal Outcome (desired future) we can develop the Time Reverse Strategy and the Future Navi leading us towards the future we want
