OUR BACKGROUND Amaniaga Sdn Bhd was incorporated in accordance with the Malaysian Companies Act and is accredited the status of a 100% Bumiputra company by the Ministry Of Finance, Malaysia.

1 OUR BACKGROUND Amaniaga Sdn Bhd was incorporated in accordance with the Malaysian Companies Act and is accredited the status of a 100% Bumiputra company by the Ministry Of Finance, Malaysia. The company was founded by a group of enthusiastic engineers with various skills and experience related to the Oil and Gas Industry. This broad base of knowledge provided the perfect platform to launch a company that is diversified, quick acting and sensitive to the clients needs. The company applied and acquired PETRONAS Licenses that covered numerous facets within the offshore oil and gas industry, this ranged from Marginal Field Solutions (M.F.S.), Marine, Subsea and Offshore related Project Management, Engineering, Construction, Inspection to Procurement and Administration. We have developed our own HSE Management System which governs the way we work.

We have developed our own HSE Management System which governs the way we work. Our personnel are fully conversant with the safety requirement of the projects and insist on full compliance. There is an Emergency Response Room in the head office with the appropriate equipment with our trained personnel to man the different positions.

With this vision in mind, we have structured our entity to enable each division to be flexible in order to either individually focus in its specialized expertise or converge as a comprehensive all-in-one solution provider. Bound together under one leadership, the company ensures that each division is in sync with each other in terms of client requirement, safety, communications, project management and execution.

We continue to strive to be the preferred installation and solution provider in the Marine, Subsea, and Offshore sectors. Our headquarters is within the hub of Kuala Lumpur city, adjacent to the Golden Triangle. To serve our clients better, we have opened support offices and workshops in different regions within Malaysia and internationally, Johor at the south most tip of mainland Malaysia, Miri and Labuan in East Malaysia and Singapore.
