Plese red complete instlltion instructions efore fitting Enclosure nd Try (if fitting).. We recommend tht two people re ville for fitting of Door nd Side pnel. The Euzone Plus rnge uses 0mm Glss construction. Lrge glss pnels re very hevy. We recommend the use of Sfety glsses nd Non slip gloves when hndling the glss pnels. 3. Ensure tht the product cn e fixed to solid msonry wll or suitle timer stud work grde C6/C4 in the re ehind the Wll frmes nd Pnel fixing rckets. 4. Shower trys or tiled floors must e solutely level where enclosures re fitted 5. If fitting try we recommend dringe test is crried out efore the try is tiled in position. 6. The ssemly should e instlled onto wterproof wll covering nd instlled fter the try nd wll coverings re in plce. 7. Sel etween try nd tiles. Remove ny excess selnt from the re/joint etween the try nd the tiles where the Wll Mount is to e fitted. This will ensure the Wll mount fits correctly to the wll nd try/or tiled floor. CAUTION: TEMPERED GLASS CANNOT BE CUT, POLISHED METAL AND CHROME CAN BE SCRATCHED. CAREFULLY REMOVE ASSEMBLY FROM CARTON, DO NOT PLACE GLASS ON HARD FLOOR OR EXPOSE EDGES TO IMPACT. Importnt: Check the wlls for upright efore positioning the threshold trck. If the wll is lening outwrd t the top djust the threshold dimension inwrds to mximise the djustment rnge. If the wll is lening inwrds t the top djust the threshold trck outwrds to mximise the djustment rnge.. Remove nd set side the pre-ssemled Threshold corner cps, Quintesse pnel stops nd fixing.. Fix the Threshold mitred ends together using the M4 x 6 socket domed screws, pre-ssemled to the Threshold fixing rcket. The Threshold should e t n ngle of 35 c. Plce the Threshold ssemly onto the Try/floor surfce. Mesure nd mrk the distnce from the Wll to the outside fce of the Threshold. The tle of dimensions ove shows the distnce to the outside fce of the Threshold trcks. Check wlls re plum. The Quintesse pnels hve djustle Wll mounts to compenste for out of plum wlls. There is 5mm of djustment in oth the Quintesse pnel wll mounts. If wlls re out of plum ensure plcement of Threshold llows for the out of plum wlls.

STAGE FIXED PANEL WALL MOUNT TOP VIEW x 5 x 5 Plese note: Use 5 fixing screws when wll surfces re uneven. Use minimum of 3 fixing screws, top, middle nd ottom on flt wll surfces THRESHOLD 3mm FOAM BEAD AT FRONT HINGE PANEL WALL MOUNT x 5 x 5 THRESHOLD ADJUSTER x 5 Ø6 THRESHOLD This stge is descriing the fitting of the Hinge pnel wll mount. Plce the Horizontl Threshold into position on try. (If fitting close to the front edge of the try tke into ccount tht the front fce of the Hinge pnel wll mount sits 3mm in front of the Threshold). Position the Hinge pnel wll mount on to the Wll over Threshold (Wll Mount hs top nd ottom, Threshold cut-out should e t ottom). Ensure the Threshold djuster fits up into the ck of the Wll mount extrusion in the recess s shown. Adjust position of Threshold djuster s required, to djust loosen screw only / turn, re-tighten fter djustment, do not over tighten. Plum the Wll Mount for upright nd mrk the fixing holes in the centre of the slots.. Drill 5 x fixing holes in the wll nd insert Wll plugs. Clen re nd pply Silicon Selnt to the re ehind the Wll mount etween the try nd tiles nd 00mm up the Wll, centrl to the width of the Wll mount. Fit the Wll mount using the No.8 x 3mm Pn Hed Screws c. Repet steps ove for the Closure pnel wll mount. Mrk the position of the front section of threshold, s this will e removed in the next stge to fit the Pnels.

STAGE 3 e x 4 d KEYHOLE CUT-OUT = DOOR SIDE c INSIDE VIEW e PANEL STOP c FIT AGAINST THIS END FIT AGAINST THIS END INSIDE VIEW This stge is descriing the fitting of the Quintesse pnels.. Remove nd set side the centrl section of the Threshold y removing the M4 x 6 socket domed screws. IMPORTANT - Before fitting the Hinge pnel, pply ed of Silicon selnt long the centre of the hinge pnel threshold from the Door side to the socket domed screws.. On the Hinge pnel side, pply ed of Silicon long the front inside edge of the Threshold up to the djuster screw. c. Remove the cking tpe on the top of the Pnel stop nd stick into position under the section onded to the Hinge pnel. Align the lrger end of the stop, rounded fce up, with the cut-out in the extrusion, pushed towrds the door side of the cut-out nd the screw hole fcing towrds the door side. d. With the Pnel stop stuck in position, lightly wet the edge of the Hinge pnel with sopy wter nd gently lower the pnel into the Wll mount nd Threshold extrusion. Push the top of the pnel into the Wll mount first, followed y the ottom. e. Repet ove for Closure pnel.

STAGE 4 INSIDE VIEW c Ø6 693mm d INSIDE VIEW d 693mm This stge is descriing the djusting of the Quintesse pnels nd fitting of the Top rckets nd Threshold corner cps.. Re-fit the centrl section of the Threshold extrusion using the M4 x 6 socket domed screws. Fit one corner of the centrl threshold extrusion first under the pnel stop t one side of the door opening. Then lower the other end down, slightly ngling the trck inwrds to fit under the other pnel stop nd into position. Fix oth the pnel stop in position using the M4 x 6 socket Csk screws.. Fitting of Top rckets: Loosen the Countersunk socket screw in the Top rcket ck plte until the Bck plte cn e rotted. Rotte the Bck plte 80 to verticl. The plte should now djust left to right, moving the Glss stop nd Glss gsket with it. Crefully fit the Top Brcket over the glss pnel, the Glss stop should fit into the notch in the top of the Hinge pnel. c. Mrk the centre of the slotted holes in the Top rcket onto the Wll, remove the Top Brcket nd drill nd fix the wll plugs.. Re-fit the Top Brcket. Fit the x Socket cp screws through the Top Brcket into the extrusion. Tighten the off M5 x 4 Socket set screws (do not over tighten). Rotte the Bck plte to fit into the Top rcket recess nd re fit the Countersunk socket screw (do not over tighten). c. Fix the Top Brcket to the Wll using the No.8 x 3 Pn Hed screws. Repet for other side. d. Apply silicon selnt to inside of the trck s shown in (4d). Re-fit the Threshold corner cps over the pnels stops using the M4 x 8 socket domed screws. e. Mesure the distnce of the door opening etween the inside edges of oth of the Quintesse pnels. This dimension should e 693mm. Using level ensure oth pnels re upright. If djustment is needed, the pnels cn e djusted out of the Wll mount y 5mm t the top. To djust out the Hinge pnel t the top - Rotte the Top rcket ck plte to verticl. Loosen the M5 x 4 Socket set screws nd djust the pnel. Plum for upright, re-tighten the Socket sets screws nd rotte the Bck plte into position nd tighten.

STAGE 5 INSIDE VIEW x GLASS KEY HOLE INSERT INSIDE VIEW d PANEL HINGE DOOR HINGE c PANEL HINGE DOOR HINGE This stge is descriing the fitting of the Overhed rce nd Hinges to the Hinge pnel.. To fit the overhed rce - Firstly remove the Glss key hole inserts from either side of the Brce ssemly y removing nd setting side the M5 x countersunk socket screws. Fit the Key hole inserts into the Key hole cut-outs in the top edges of the fixed pnels. Crefully fit the Brce over oth of the fixed pnels. Fix into position using the M5 x countersunk socket screws, do not over tighten.. To fit the Hinges - Remove nd set side the Hinge pnel ck pltes from the Hinge ssemlies (Hinge pnel = femle side of the Hinges, Door = mle). Plce the upper Hinge ssemly on to the fce of the Hinge pnel glss over the Adjuster lock (fctory fitted). (The Hinges re hnded top nd ottom, ensure the Socket set screws re visile on the top of the top Hinge nd on the underside of the lower Hinge). Push the Hinge ssemly so tht it is fully djusted over towrds the Hinge pnel wll side. c. Re-fit the Bck plte to fix the Hinge ssemly to Hinge pnel glss. Repet for the Lower hinge ssemly. d. On the Hinge pnel side of the Hinge ssemlies - Tighten down the top inner Socket set screw on the upper Hinge nd the underside outer Socket set screw on the lower hinge to lift the Hinge upwrds. We recommend tht you ngle the Hinges slightly upwrds towrds the Door side to llow the Hinge to e djusted downwrd to horizontl when the Door is fitted.

STAGE 6 f e x c d /f PANEL SEAL PANEL GLASS INSIDE VIEW This stge is descriing the hnging of the Door.. Push fit the Hinge closure sel to the edge of the Fixed pnel. The sel is hnded, the cut out in sel sits on top of the horizontl trck fixed to the pnel with the fin running down the inside of the trck to the try. The sel runs through the Pnel hinges, slightly loosen the 4 x M6 x 6 countersunk socket screws in the ck of the hinges to llow the sels to fit into the recess provided. Re-tighten socket screws.. Remove nd set side the Hinge ck pltes on the door side of the Hinges. c. Plce the Door ssemly lock over the trck on the Hinge side of the Door opening. The tuulr Door support cn e used to support the other end of the door. Mesure nd mrk the Door support so tht the top is prllel with the top of the Door ssemly lock. Cut to size s required using Hcksw. Note: Glss cn rek, plese hndle crefully nd do not plce on/ginst hrd surfce. d. We recommend people re ville for this stge nd the use of Sfety glsses nd Non slip gloves when hndling glss pnels - Crefully lift the Door onto the Hinges, ensuring the Adjustment locks fitted to the glss re on the Hinge side. The Door support nd ssemly lock will now help to lign the Door glss with the Hinges. The door hs left to right djustment, push the Door glss fully towrds the inside of the enclosure (on minimum djustment) e. Re-fit the ck pltes. f. Push fit the Door sel to the Closure side of the Door.

STAGE 7 Curved Liner x x This stge is descriing the fitting of the Door Hndle. Curved Hndle only - Disssemle the hndle y loosening the x M5 x 6 Socket set screws on the underside of the inside Hndle. Unscrew the x Hndle connectors. Plce the 4 x lck glss wshers either side of the holes in the Door glss. Plce the front Hndle up to the outside of the glss screwing through the Hndle connectors from the inside to hold the front Hndle in position. Once the front Hndle is secure, plce the ck Hndle onto the Hndle connectors, secure in position y tightening the x Socket set screws on the underside of the ck Hndle.. Liner Hndle only - Disssemle the hndle y unscrewing the x M4 x 40 Csk socket screws nd removing the ck hndle. Plce the 4 x lck glss wshers either side of the holes in the Door glss. Crefully fit the front Hndle nd Hndle connectors through the holes in the Door glss. Fit the ck Hndle onto the Hndle connectors nd fix into position y fitting the x M4 x 40 Csk socket screws.

STAGE 8 LOCKING SCREW ADJUSTMENT SCREW LOCKING SCREW TOP HINGE ADJUSTMENT SCREW OPEN x 4 LOCK OPEN x 4 PANEL HINGE INSIDE VIEW LOCK DOOR HINGE BOTTOM HINGE PANEL HINGE ADJUSTMENT SCREW DOOR HINGE LOCKING SCREW LOCKING SCREW ADJUSTMENT SCREW This stge is descriing the Door djustment. The Door glss cn e djusted left to right to open/close the distnce etween the edge of the Door glss nd the Closure sel nd lso the edge of the Door glss nd the Hinge pnel. Loosen the 4 x M6 x 6 Csk socket screws in the ck of the Door side of the hinges, djust the Door left or right. Retighten the 4 x Csk socket screws. Repet if necessry on the Hinge pnel side of the hinges.. To lift the Hinges on the Door side, tighten down the top outer Socket set screw on the upper Door hinge nd the underside inner Socket set screw on the lower Door hinge. Lock the Door hinge in position y tightening the top inner Socket set screw nd the underside outer Socket set screw on the lower Hinge. To lift the Hinges on the pnel side, tighten down the top inner Socket set screw on the upper Pnel hinge nd the underside outer Socket set screw on the lower Pnel hinge. Lock the Pnel hinge in position y tightening the top outer Socket set screw nd the underside inner Socket set screw on the lower Pnel hinge.

STAGE 9 INSIDE VIEW c d PANEL SEAL FITS TO PANEL SEAL FIN EDGE c d HORIZONTAL DOOR SEAL INSIDE VIEW This stge is descriing fitting the Cps nd Sels. Apply ed of Silicon long the inside length of the Threshold in the recess t the front of the trck. Clip the Infill trck into the threshold extrusion y hooking the inside leg down first then pushing the front until the trck snps into position. The Infill trck should fit tightly etween the Hinge pnel glss extrusion nd the Closure pnel glss extrusion.. Push fit the 4 x Screw covers into the djustment holes in the Top rckets. c. Apply thin ed of silicon long the ottom edge of oth the Wll Mounts nd ll the wy up the outside of oth the Wll mount extrusions etween the Wll Mounts nd the tiles. Apply thin ed ll the wy long the Threshold etween the extrusion nd the Finished floor surfce/try. Continue round the joint where the Threshold joins the Wll mounts. Msking tpe cn e used to chieve tidy edge to the selnt. Remove the msking tpe immeditely nd llow the silicon to cure for 4 hours efore using the shower. d. Fit the Door Horizontl Sel to underside of the Door glss. Some trimming my e required. The sel should fit etween the edges of the Pnel sel fins extending down into the try.

MAINTENANCE Mtki Glss Gurd Esy Clen Surfce Protection (optionl) nd Generl Clening Guide Clening Instructions Mtki Glss Gurd llows wter to form minute eds which esily trickle off the surfce of the glss. This mkes the glss esier to clen - the glss does not need to e clened s frequently, ut it does require occsionl mintennce. As less clening is required the use of detergents cn e minimised thus helping to protect the environment. The lifespn of the Mtki Glss Gurd is dependnt on the frequency of use of the shower nd the degree of wter hrdness. The comintion of lkline mterils nd humidity ffects glss in n extremely ggressive wy. Do not use lech, lkline, cid-sed or ggressive nd rsive glss cleners, detergents or household clening products on the glss or frmes. We recommend tht glss is wshed down with clen wter nd soft clen cloth or sponge nd dried off with microfire cloth. The specil coting is only present on the inside of the glss. Mtki Glss Gurd is gurnteed for yers provided tht the guidelines nd clening instructions re followed. Aluminium nd Chrome prts should e clened with mild non scrtch household clener nd soft cloth or sponge. Do not use cidic-sed descler products or products which re unsuitle for clening enmelled surfces, including rsive cleners or cleners contining lech or solvents, s the products will effect the nodised frmework. Under no circumstnces use cleners with ph level exceeding 8. Mtki does not recommend the use of 'Leve-on' shower cleners on Mtki Glss Gurd Products. Wter Softeners nd Glss Gurd - Certin types of wter softeners increse the lklinity of the wter due to crry-over of Chloride during re-genertion which cn cuse ggressive wter spots on oth untreted nd Glss Gurded glss. If using wter softener we recommend two-cylinder mchine with utomtic re-genertion insted of timer. If single-cylinder wter softener with timer is lredy instlled it is recommended tht fter ech shower excess wter is removed from the glss with squeegee or with micro-fire cloth. Annul recommended mintennce - Mtki recommend nnully luricting the rrel of the hinge with luricting spry such s WD-40 to remove dust uild-up nd to id the movement of the hinge. WHITE SPIRIT BLEACH Wsh down with clen wrm wter nd soft clen cloth or sponge. Do not use lech, lkline or cid-sed, ggressive or rsive clening products.
