ABOUT OUR PRODUCTS A. OFFERS TRAPEZOIDAL SHEETS TRAPEZOIDAL PROFILES are made out of color coated galvanized steel (of all grades), & galvalume sheets. The quality of our pro les is most suitable for domestic as well as international market. These roof pro les are made from 0.45mm to 0.65mm thickness in color coated metal sheets delivered in desired lengths. Steel grade 0/500 Mpa. 1. Down Pipe PURLINS Our secondary structural framing members refer to purlins C & Z sections,while each section has individual characteristics, both perform effectively but in certain conditions, the personal preference of the designer becomes the deciding factor between the choice of sections to be used in the structure. Purlin is a horizontal structural member which supports Roof coverings. These sections are cold roll formed from graded steel which has a maximum yield strength of 345N/MM2. It saves 35-40% in weight & 20% in cost when compared to conventional hot rolled angles & C-sections. We supply these sections in required length with Pre-punched holes. These graded steel purlins are available in 1.75mm, 2.00mm, 2.50mm & 3mm thickness & length as per requirement. Advantages of our PURLINS are. 1) Pre-punched holes to t on the cleat welded on portal & to allow for minor variations in frame alignment. 2) Time & cost saving and easy in installation. 3) Zero wastage as it comes in exact tment length. 4) Dimensional consistency due to roll form process. 5) Low transportation cost due to decreased weight.
