Assembly Instructions: 1. Cut the Tangerine Tango card stock as per the template provided. Score the card base as shown, fold and burnish with a Bone Folder. 2. Cut the Tempting Turquoise card stock as per the template provided. 3. Print and/or stamp the remaining items on Whisper White. 4. Punch the cupcake with the Cupcake Builder or hand cut. Use your favorite punches or dies for the greeting and sentiments or hand cut them as well. 5. Cut the Acetate into three pieces 1/2" x 6 1/4" and two pieces 1/2" x 4 1/2". Score in the middle of each and fold. 5. Apply Scor-Tape to the 1/4" flap on the Tempting Turquoise. Line the tab up against a ruler and place the first 3 1/8 Acetate piece 1/4" from the left edge with the bottom even with the fold and the length sticking up. Once the first piece is secured, move over another 1/4" (to 1 ) and place the 2 1/4" piece the same way you did the first piece. Move over another 1/4" (to 1 3/4") and place a 3 1/8 piece, another 1/4" (to 2 1/2") and place a 2 1/4" piece, move over 1/4" (to 3 1/4") and place the final 3 1/8 piece. Now lift each piece and place Mono Permanent Adhesive on the bottom 1/4"of each Acetate strip to adhere the top flap to the bottom flap. Note: You are doubling the light weight Acetate to provide sufficient support for the cupcakes. If you are working with heavy weight Acetate, you will only need one layer, so adjust your measurements accordingly. 6. Run a line of Scor-Tape over the Window Sheet ends in that 1/4" space; place your second piece of Tempting Turquoise over top. Make sure you line it up carefully before you adhere and burnish well. 7. Fold the Tempting Turquoise with the Acetate Inside and trim off any excess Acetate extending below the fold. 8. Open up the Tempting Turquoise again and attach the 1/2" Tangerine Tango scallop edge in front of the Window Sheets up against the Temping Turquoise flap with Mono Permanent Adhesive. The piece is long to make placement easier; just trim off the excess after it is adhered. Now place the second scallop edge on the opposite side, lined-up with the first scallop. 9. Place the folded Tempting Turquoise inside the Tangerine Tango. Line the fold of the Tempting Turquoise with the bottom score line and the three edges. Apply Scor-Tape to the Tempting Turquoise and fold the Tangerine Tango down over it.
10. Next attach the cupcake bases with Mono Permanent Adhesive using the images as a guide. Now to the same to the opposite side, lining the back side up with the front. 11. Now on to the cupcake tops. There are two tops (mirror images) in five colors. Place them in the order you find pleasing (or refer to the images for placement); once you ve placed the top where desired, cut off the excess Acetate extending above the cupcake top. Turn to the reverse and place the tops as you did with the cupcake bottoms. 12. Place the sentiments on the top and bottom inside panels with Mono Permanent Adhesive. 13. Attach the Whisper White panel to the card front with Mono Permanent Adhesive. 14. Cut three 5 lengths of Tangerine Tango ribbon. 15. Apply Mono Permanent Adhesive 2/3 rd down the length of the Patterned Paper strips and attach to the top of the Tempting Turquoise panel as shown in the images. 16. Run a length of Mono Permanent Adhesive on the BACK of the Tempting Turquoise where the ribbon will be placed. Attach the ribbon to the back; burnish with your fingers to be sure it stays securely in place. 17. Turn the card to the front and weave the top ribbon over/under/over the Patterned Paper strips. Weave the middle ribbon under/over/under and the bottom over/under/over. Wrap all three to the back, making sure your spacing is even and attach with Mono Permanent Adhesive. 18. Slide your Mono Permanent Adhesive under the bottom ends of the Pattern Paper and apply as you can without moving the ribbon to secure the strips. 19. Attach the Tempting Turquoise panel, centered on the Whisper White with Mono Permanent Adhesive. 20. Attach the scalloped circle greeting to the front of the card with Dimensionals. 21. Attach the Time to Celebrate cupcake top to the scalloped circle with Dimensionals. 22. Decorate your envelope as desired 23. Enjoy your card! Want to take this card up a notch? Try one of these ideas: Stamp the cupcake tops with VersaMark (after you ink them with color) and emboss with Clear Embossing Powder. Place color coordinated Candy Dots on the scalloped circle. Dry emboss the Tempting Turquoise front panel with the Polka Dot embossing folder. Class tips with this project: Select the appropriate weight Acetate for your project. While the light weight is okay to use as a card base, it would not support the cupcakes in this project.
