Attach Spider Mounting Plate to Spider 3 Wave Spring 3 1/8 Nylon Spacer 3 M3x12 Place Spider on work surface so the rubber pads are on work surface. Place 1/8 Nylon Spacers over the remaining three holes of the Spider (see Photo 1 below). Place Wave Spring over each hole of the Spider so the Nylon Spacer is inside the Wave Spring (see Photo 2 below). Insert M3x12 screw into the holes on the ends of the Spider Mounting Plate (Belt clamp should be facing up). Screw the Spider Mounting Plate to the Spider making sure the Wave Spring and Spacer are between the Spider Mounting Plate and the Spider (see Photo 3 below). Tighten screws. Insert M3x18 screw thru upper right hole in fan guard and fan. Insert M3x22 screw thru hole on the long end of the fan bracket and then thru lower left hole in fan guard. Secure both screws with M3 Nylock. 50mm Fan Assembly - Label on fan should be face down. Wire should on upper right side. Place M3 washer on lower right and upper left holes. Place 50mm Fan Guard over Fan. Insert M3x18 screw thru hole in fan guard. Insert M3x22 screw thru upper left hole and then thru short end of the fan bracket. Secure both screws with M3 Nylock. Attach 40mm Fan to Electronics Case Top 1 Case Top 1 40mm Fan 4 M3X18 SS Socket Cap Screws 4 M3 SS Washers 4 M3 Nylocks Make sure the label on the 40mm Fan is facing down. Place a M3 SS Washer on the four corner holes of the fan. Place the four M3X18 SS Socket Cap screws thru the holes in the Case Top, M3 SS Washer, and the 40mm Fan. Secure each screw with a M3 Nylock. DO NOT overtighten the M3 Nylocks. It is best if the fan is oriented as in the above photo. This fan will be connected to the 40mm Fan Plug on Wiring Harness 2 when doing the M2 wiring procedure. Attach X Rail to Top Plate 1 X Rail 10 M3x16 SS Socket Cap Screw 2 Brass Alignment Pin 1 M3x14 SS Socket Cap Screw 11 M3 SS Nylock Nut Insert a Brass Alignment Pin into the second to last hole on each end of the X Rail and then place the X Rail onto the Top Plate so the rail is between the X End Stop and the Top Clamp. Insert the M3X14 SS Socket Cap Screw into the last hole of the X Rail that is closest to the X End Stop and secure with M3 SS Nylock Nut. Insert the M3x16 SS Socket Cap Screws into the remaining holes and secure each one of those with M3 SS Nylock Nuts.
