Petrofac is an energy service company with an established track record in engineering procurement and construction (EPC) developments, and complete operations and maintenance (O&M) of offshore oil and gas infrastructure, both in the UK and internationally. Over the last 30 years we have been building our capability, increasing the scale and scope of our service offering. Today, we can offer services to customers across the entire spectrum of the energy asset lifecycle, on either a stand-alone or integrated basis, under flexible commercial models which are tailored to each customer s needs. For the offshore wind industry our teams offer: engineering and consulting services project delivery operations and maintenance training We are continuing to develop our capability further, and where appropriate, we will also create alliances and joint ventures to enable us to achieve our growth targets. We have a proven track record of integrating discrete aspects of our service offering, and deploying our own capital to create alignment with our customers, through tailored commercial frameworks.

Transferring our skills into offshore wind Petrofac is in a unique position to align with the offshore wind industry and support its continued growth, having a vast range of experience operating in the North Sea, and regularly delivering large scale, complex projects across challenging and varied operating environments. Petrofac has developed its core competencies and capabilities to offer similar services to meet the growing demands of the European offshore wind sector. These include: extensive offshore design, project execution and operational management experience understanding of power infrastructure, the integration of technology and the regulatory environment in which it operates willingness to explore innovative commercial approaches to risk management and the execution of EPC projects leading training capabilities, focussed at the statutory training requirements and the delivery of competency training for working in an offshore environment appetite to co-invest with partners through project execution; aligning our interests with clients and partners and providing access to alternative sources of capital There are many similarities and transferrable skills between the established energy industry and the offshore wind sector. Petrofac has developed a unique operating model and set of services, which while based upon those used in the oil & gas sector are embracing, and aligned to, the new needs of the offshore wind sector.
