Be care to notice the distance between the wheel and fuselage. Epoxy plies to relevant position inside the fuselage as below for assembling the cowling. Assemble the aileron to main wing with instant type CA glue. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! 5 Cut away the surplus parts of canopy and PVC parts carefully along the shade line. Apply instant type CA glue to aileron and pin hinge. Install the servo as the illustration below Canopy Pin hinge(xmm) TP Screw (.xmm) Ply(5x5xmm) PVC Make sure hinges are mounted in the same line. Trim the cowling for engine and muffler. Assemble the canopy to the fuselage with TP. Keep some space about mm width between aileron and trailing edge. 5 Install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. Secure and connect the servo.install the linkage. the nylon control horn Keep some space about mm width between trailing edge and flap. Install the fuselage. the elevator servo to the appropriate positionin 5 59 Assemble the receiver and the battery to appropriate in the fuselage. Add a rubber ring to the clevis for insuring safety Rod (x0mm) 7 Apply instant type CA glue to flap and pin hinges. 0 Install the servo. The servos installation finished sketch map. 5 Assemble the tail landing gear covering.to thefuselage as below. Pin hinge(xmm) switch servo Rudder servo TP Screw (.xmm) Throttle servo Elevator servo 5mm Make sure hinges are mounted in the same line.

50 Assemle the throttle servo to the fuselage. 5 Drill holes to appropriate position in the fuselage the position of the horn in the rudder. Install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. Plastic tube(x0mm) 5 Install the servo of the rubber servo. 5 Assemble the horn to the rudder and connect the linkage to the servo. Secure the servo.install the nylon control horn and connect the linkage. Assemble the retract to appropriate position in the wing. Drill holes at appropriate position in the wing for taking the air line and the servo line out. 9 According to the rib template drill holes to another main wing. Install the engine carefully. 7 Assembly of the fuel tank. Mount the fuel tank to the fuselage. Drill.mm holes at the place of main wing. Install the wing to the fuselage with x50mm screws as shown in the diagrams below. Drill holes and set blind nut in appropriate position in the firewall before install the engine. Epoxy the belly pant to wing. Keep some space about mm width between elevator and tailing edge. 7 connect the fullarm for elevator with steel wire as below. 0 A ccording to thr rib template drill holes to the tail of fuselage as below. Glue the elevator to the stabilizer by CA and epoxy. Assemble the tail landing gear to the wheel steeling mounts as below. Steel wire (0.5x000mm) U-style wire () Rib template ( ply) Tail landing gear Collar Steel wire (0.5x000mm) mm Collar Collar Securely glue together. If coming off during flights, you 'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Set the U-style wire through the enlarge hole as below. Drill two holes at the stabilizer root base on rib template and epexy the metal dowel in them. Assembly of the stabilizer. 7 The sketch map when the tail landing gear be installed to the fuselage. mm mm Enlarge the hole on the tail of fuselage as show. mm Wood dowel (x0mm) C=C' D=D' Make sure to glue securely. If not properly glued, a failure in flight may occur. Securely glue together.if coming off during flights, you'll lose control of your airplane which leads to accidents! Drill holes to appropriate position in the stabilizer and epoxy it to the fuselage as below. 5 Assemble the wheel steeling mount to appropriate position. Drill holes to appropriate position in the rudder and epoxy the ping hinges in them 0mm x7mm x7mm mm.mm 0mm.5mm.5mm Washer (xmm) TP Screw(x0mm) suggest drilling a hole here for assembling wheel steeling mount Pin hinge(.5xmm) Make sure hinges are mounted in the same line. 7
