Let s get t knw Shirey Hme Screen: Tp Screen Icns When yur system first starts up, yu will see this screen. Let s g thrugh the tp screen icns: Hme Buttn: Think f this buttn like the File buttn n yur cmputer. All f the master functins are cntrlled frm here. Tablet Buttn: This buttn is fr saving, mving and nesting features. Magnifying Glass: With this icn yu can zm in and ut f yur pattern bx. This arrw is used t activate yur lcks. Yu can lck side t side and frnt t back. These buttns can be fund just t the right f the magnifying glass. These buttns are used t run yur pattern and activate stitching. The next pages will g thrugh, in detail, hw t run yur system and an in depth verview f each buttn and it s functins. Versin 2.00 3

Sectin 2: Initial Start-up Fr yur initial startup yu need t run a few test patterns t ensure everything is setup prperly. T run the test patterns fllw these steps: 1. G t hme and select Set Quilt Area. Yu will nw be prmpted t set yur quilt area (Please refer t page 9 t see hw this is dne). 2. As yu will ntice, after yu set the quilt area, a pattern bx appeared n the screen. This is a default bx which is the size f yur quilt area; yu will need t adjust this bx t fit yur stitch area. 3. G t hme and select Pattern bx. 4. Select Adjust Current t set up yur pattern bx (see page 9 under setting Pattern bx ) 5. Mve yur machine t the center f yur quilt frame. 6. Starting at the center f yur quilt frame, mve yur machine apprx 10 t the frnt left and tuch the (+) fr pint 1. 7. Nw mve the machine 20 t the right and tuch the (+) fr pint 2. (Yu will see hrizntal red line drawn n the screen. If there is n line, yu are utside f yur extents and need t cancel ut and start the pattern bx ver, ensuring t keep the line inside yur quilt area.) 8. After yu have set pint 2, mve yur machine t the back right, apprx 10, and tuch the (+) t set pint 3. 9. Mve t the back left apprx 20 (if any f yur lines dn t lk straight, that is k) and tuch the check mark. 10. Yu will see yur pattern bx n the screen and we need t select a pattern t place in the bx. G t hme and tuch add pattern (see page 6 Add Pattern ). 11. Open the gemetric categry and tuch 4 leaf clver. 12. The preview f the clver will appear t the right. Under the preview, tuch Select Pattern. 13. Yur clver will be t small fr yur pattern bx, this is k. Versin 2.00 4

14. Adjust bth yur handle bar knbs n yur machine t 12 O clck psitin. 15. Tuch the green light t the right f the magnifying glass and yur machine will trace thrugh the pattern (see page 17 under when running a pattern ). 16. Did yu have any errrs cme up? If s, g t page 20 and g thrugh the truble shting steps. If n errrs g t step 17. 17. If n errrs ccurred, we nw want t activate stitching. Tuch the needle with thread at the tp right f the screen. If it cmes back with an errr g t the truble shting page under Junctin Bx. If it turns green yu are ready t g. 18. Unthread yur needle and run the pattern just as yu had befre. Yur pattern shuld run thrugh exactly the same as last time, but shuld be stitching nw. 19. If n errrs cme up then yur system is ready t g, lad different pattern bxes and becme familiar with hw the system wrks befre yu put n an fficial quilt. Setting up a Quilt Blck: 1. After setting yur quilt area (see pg 9), yu are nw ready t set a pattern bx. Remember, just after yu have set yur Quilt Area, the default pattern bx that appears is the size f yur quilt area. Yu can use this as yur pattern bx r yu can Adjust Current and make a specific sized pattern bx. 2. When setting up yur first pattern bx, after setting the Quilt Area, always select the Adjust Current ptin fr setting a pattern bx. 3. Set up the respective pattern bx (see pg 9 fr setting a pattern bx) then select the pattern yu want t place in the pattern bx (see pg 6 under add pattern). 4. Edit yur pattern hw ever yu wuld like (see pg 15) by bringing up the edit menu and selecting yur desired editing ptin. 5. Once yu have finished editing yur pattern t yur desired liking, run the pattern (see pg 17 under When running a pattern ). Versin 2.00 5

Setting up a Pantgraph style pattern 1. When setting up a pantgraph, yu will use the same steps as setting yur quilt blck (see abve), except yu will repeat the pattern the desired times t fill yur pattern bx (see page 15 under repeat). 2. After yu have repeated the desired amunt f times, ntice a few things: a. Each pattern yu have repeated has a green circle at the beginning f the pattern and a red (X) at the end f the pattern. Yu dn t want any circles r (X) s in the center f yur repeats because this means yu will have jump stitches. b. The machine will always mve left t right, if yur circles are n the right and the (X) is n the left, yu will need t mirrr the pattern. NOTE: It is Circle fr start imprtant yur mirrr the pattern befre yu repeat it, r yu will run int issues. 3. Yu are nw ready t run (See pg 17 under When running a pattern ). (X) fr finish 4. NOTE: Even thugh yu are able t set up several pattern bxes at ne time, the system will nly run the pattern bx yu have shwing n the screen. Once that bx is finished yu will need t mve t the new screen t run the ther pattern bxes yu have setup. Sectin 3: Buttn Overview Hme menu: Pattern view: takes yu t yur edit pattern screen. Here yu will see any patterns yu have added t yur pattern bx and will be able t edit them as needed. (fr editing ptins see page 15) Add pattern: Opens the pattern selectin screen and allws yu t add a pattern. Yu can have as many patterns as yu like in each pattern bx. Tuch the arrw by each categry t pen the categry. Tuch the pattern yu want t see and the preview will pen n the right f the screen. Versin 2.00 6

Tuch select pattern t place int yur pattern view. Once select pattern is pressed, yur design will autmatically be added t yur pattern view screen, and the pattern view screen will autmatically pen. File Manager: Used t imprt patterns nt the remte. System will use a QLI r DXF pattern (fr instructins n using a USB jump drive see trubleshting sectin) Plug in yur jump drive int the base f yur remte, int the USB prt Ensure the surce is set t USB Tuch the square by the select pattern line and a new screen will pen Select the pattern yu want t save t yur system and tuch k Set the cpy t where yu want it saved Tuch cpy Yu may use this same methd t delete a pattern as well. Tuch here t pen patterns in selected surce Free mtin: Able t recrd yur machine mvements and save them. NOTE: in rder t see what yu are recrding, yur mvements need t be within yur set quilt area. ALSO NOTE: Yu d nt have t stitch in rder t recrd yur mvements. T Free Mtin: Tuch start Mve yur machine hw yu want When finished tuch stp If yu like what yu see, tuch save and it will save yur design t the bttm f yur list in the Add Pattern screen. Setup: System settings and updates will be dne here Updates When an update is released, yu will lad it nt yur jump drive, tuch update prgram r update rbt and fllw the n screen steps. (see pg 21) Versin 2.00 7

Calibrate screen: If the calibratin is ff, tuch this buttn and fllw the n screen steps t re-calibrate. System inf: Will tell yu the current sftware versins Mtrs Rev: This will set yur system t be munted n the rear f the carriage: Mtrs Fwd will set the mtr bx t be munted t the frnt side. If yur mtr bx is munted n the frnt, yu want it t read Mtrs Fwd. Parameters: Length is deactivated because it is cntrlled by yur respective stitch regulatin Speed is the speed at which the rbt mves. This is cntrlled by the parameters n the HQ, Tin Lizzie 18 (nn-ls) and all ther machines. On the Tin Lizzie- LS and Ansley machine the speed is adjusted by the handle bars speed dial n the right handle bar. Accel determines hw quickly yur rbt will mve in and ut f the crners. Think f this as the minimum speed yur rbt will run, if set t max it will really jump ut f the crners. If set t the min it will creep ut f the crners. Factry setting is medium (5) Lck: Number f lck stitches yu want at the beginning and end f each pattern Needle: Sets the speed the needle will run when needle up/dwn is pressed. By adjusting this higher, yur needle will needle up/dwn faster. By setting this slwer yur needle will up/dwn slwer. This defaults t medium (5). (this settling nly available n Tin Lizzie LS and Ansley machines) Cnstants: X & Y Pwer: This is the pwer that is applied t each mtr at any given time. If errrs are ccurring (x r y mtr faults) these numbers need t be adjusted dwn. The higher the number the tighter it tracks, but the mre prne t vibratins. If the belts are lse the easier they vibrate. S it is a happy medium between belt tensin and Pwer setting. (see pg 20 adjusting cnstants) Time ut: When the mtrs are lcked, this is the time in secnds they will stay lcked fr. NOTE: If yur machine is mving, this timer resets until it Versin 2.00 8

detects the machine n lnger mving, then the timer starts cunting frm 100 again. Every time the machine is mved, this timer will reset until the machine stps again. E Stp: If the system hits a rail, cable, needle is in dwn psitin, the E stp will ensure the system stps instead f trying t run ver r break smething. The default value is a gd tested value, but this may be adjusted up t make the system mre rbust. NOTE when adjusting up, if the needle is ever stuck in the fabric and the rbt ges t mve, yu may break the needle r tear yur fabric, be cautius when adjusting this number. Margin: This will set an area frm the edge f yur pattern bx twards the center that yur pattern will nt extend past. Jump Stitch: When 2 patterns are n the screen and yur end pint f 1 and start pint f 2 aren t in the same place, the machine will mve frm pint 1 t pint 2 withut stitching. Adjust this number t the length f jump stitch yu find acceptable. Fr example, with jump stitches set t 0 it will always ask yu t cut the thread. If yu want it t jump stitch up t 6 autmatically (withut asking t cut the thread), and any jump stitch abve 6 it will ask yu t cut, set yur jump stitch t 6. Test and restricted tabs are nly fr use at the factry and are bth passwrd prtected Set Quilt Area: This is the entire area that can be quilted at any time. It will ask yu t mve t the upper left crner f yur quilt area and tuch the (+) key, then it will ask yu t mve t the upper right and tuch the (+) key. Lastly it will have yu g t the lwer right and tuch the (+) key. It will then give yu the width and the height f yur area. This is t ensure the system knws where yur rails are and desn t run int ne f them. After setting yur quilt area, that area will autmatically becme the Pattern Bx. (see adjust current belw fr ptins) If yu have nt yet set the quilt area and yu try t add a pattern r d a pattern bx, yu will be required t set the area first. Set pattern bx: This is yur individual pattern bx yu are setting. It may be the same size as yur quilt area, it may be a smaller quilt blck. If yu did nt want t set the Quilt Area, tuch the X t cancel ut. If the area has nt yet been set, yu will be required t set it and can t cancel ut until it is set. Versin 2.00 9

The first 2 pints f yur pattern bx are ging t set what is called a base line. This determines which way yur pattern will be inserted int the pattern bx. Yu need t ALWAYS set yur pattern bx pints cunter clck wise. If yu want yur base line t be at the bttm and yur pattern inserted right side up, set the lwer left and right hand pints. If yu want yur baseline t be at the tp and the pattern inserted upside dwn, set the baseline at the back right and back left. Adjust current: After yu set yur quilt area a default pattern bx will appear, yu have a few ptins: 1. Use the Quilt Area as yur pattern bx and d nt set a new pattern bx. 2. Select Adjust Current and set a new pattern bx. 1. If setting a pattern bx different then yur Quilt Area, select the Adjust Current ptin under Pattern Bx. 2. Mve yur machine t the first pint f yur pattern bx. Dn t frget the first tw pints f yur pattern bx make yur baseline. Als ensure yu set yur pints cunter-clckwise. a. Yu shuld see a red crsshair n the screen. If yu d nt, yu are utside yur quilt area. If yu did nt want t set the Pattern Bx, tuch the X t cancel ut. 3. Once yu have mved yur machine t pint 1, press the (+) key. The tuch screen will nw say t mve t the next pint. Remember t mve in a cunter-clckwise mtin. 4. As yu mve t yur next pint, yu will see a red line being drawn n the screen; this is the base line f yur pattern bx. If yu Versin 2.00 10

d nt see this line, yu are utside f yur quilt area. 5. Tuch the (+) fr yur secnd pint and then mve t the third pint. Every pattern bx requires three pints. 6. If yu are setting a triangle and the third pint is yur last pint; tuch the check mark fr the third pint. The check mark will add yur last pint and finish yur pattern bx. A line will autmatically draw frm yur last pint t yur first pint fr yu. 7. If yu are making smething with mre then 3 pints, after pressing the (+) fr pint 3, mve t pint 4. 8. If pint 4 is yur last pint, tuch the check mark and it will autmatically add the furth pint fr yu and give yu width and height dimensins fr the pattern bx. Add Pattern bx: Yu can d 2, 3, 4 as many pattern bxes as yu want. When yu add a pattern bx it will Versin 2.00 11 Tuch arrw t mve t new pattern bx

shw yu in the pattern view hw many bxes yu have by: PB 2 f 3. It will shw in the upper crners f yur screen which pattern bx is which way. If yu are n pattern bx #2 and yu have 3 pattern bxes, at the tp it will say PB 2 f 3. In the left crner yu will have an arrw that says PB1 and in the right crner yu will have an arrw that says PB3. T mve t a different pattern bx yu have 2 ptins 1. Yu can slide yur finger quickly acrss the screen, starting at the side f the bx yu want t view and ging t the ppsite side. NOTE: this methd des nt rely n distance, it relies n speed f finger/stylus mvement. 2. Optin 2 is tuch the arrw that says PB3 and the screen will g t PB3. Tuch the arrw that says PB1 and it will mve t PB1. Remve pattern bx: This will remve the pattern bx yu currently see n the screen as well as all patterns inside f it. Tablet with pencil menu: Mve all: This will mve all yur patterns n the screen. Select mve all then hld yu finger n the pattern n the screen and slide yur finger t the new place yu d like t mve and release frm the screen. After yu have released frm the screen the mve functin disappears and yu will need t select it again if yu d like t mve. Aut Center: Use this t autmatically center yur pattern in the center f yur pattern bx Nest: Since yu can nly see ne machine pass n the Versin 2.00 12

screen at ne time, a nest functin is necessary fr thse patterns yu want t intertwine. Fr example, yu have a meander that yu want t intertwine with the previusly quilted rw f meander, use the nest feature. 1. After finishing the first rw f quilting tuch the Nest buttn. Mve yur machine t the lwer left hand crner f yur quilt area. This is the area yu set at the very beginning f yur quilt. It s nt imprtant that yu mve t the exact crner f the quilt area yu set, but it shuld be clse. 2. Once yu mve yur machine t the first pint and press k, yur machine will lck in place s yu can mark that pint. 3. After yu mark the first pint and press k, yu can mve t the lwer right crner f yur quilt area. 4. After pressing k, the machine will lck in place again and wait fr yu t mark the secnd pint. Versin 2.00 13

5. Nw unlck yur rllers and rll yur quilt. Rll it till yur tw marks are just belw yur take up rail. 6. After yu have rlled yur quilt yu need t tell the machine where yur first mark is. Mve yur machine t the first mark and tuch OK. 7. Mve t yur secnd mark and tuch OK. 8. Yu will nw need t select the reference pint t want t use t nest. Mve yur machine and the crsshair n the screen will mve as well. Once yur crsshair is ver the pint yu want t use t next, tuch the check mark. 9. The pattern previusly quilted will appear n the screen, mve yur machine until the new pattern nests hw yu want it t nest and tuch the check mark. Versin 2.00 14

Sectin 4: Editing Editing a pattern that has been added t yur pattern bx: In rder t edit a pattern that is n yur screen, hld yur stylus ver the tp f yur pattern fr 3 secnds. A green light will appear n the right hand side f the screen, at that time release yur stylus and a menu will appear in the tp right crner, this is the edit menu. Next: The pattern yu have selected has a green bx drawn arund it. If yu have 2 patterns n the screen and yu wanted t mdify pattern #2 (the pattern withut the green bx arund it), tuch the next buttn and the green bx will mve ver t pattern #2. Repeat: Able t repeat the selected pattern acrss and dwn. Als able t add spacing in between the patterns r have the patterns verlap by having a negative spacing. NOTE: Once a pattern is repeated, thse repeats and the riginal becme ne pattern, nt several linked patterns. Autfill: This will autmatically repeat and fill the pattern bx. It will ask if yu want t keep pattern prprtins; if yu say yes, the pattern will nt stretch t fill the pattern bx. If yu say n, the patterns will stretch t fill the pattern bx as much as it can. If yu tuch Autfill and nthing happens, it is because the pattern already fills up as much f the bx as it can. Mirrr: Yu can select t mirrr n the hrizntal r vertical axis. Mve: Similar t the mve all buttn, yu will be able t mve the pattern (that is in the green bx) by hlding dwn n the screen and dragging t a new place. Again, nce yu mve it, the mve functin turns ff, yu will need t Versin 2.00 16

When yu repeat a pattern, the riginal pattern and the repeats becme all ne pattern, s it s nt pssible t mve just ne f the prtins f the repeat, because it is all ne pattern. Yu will need t insert the pattern several times in rder t mve just ne individual pattern. Remve: Will remve the current pattern that is in the green bx. Rtate: Yu may either select a specific rtatin by tuching Select and typing in the rtatin yu want. Als n the select page there is a check bx that says cunterclckwise, if checked yur pattern will rtate cunterclckwise instead f clckwise when yu select the rtatin. Anther ptin fr rtatin is tuching rtate 90 deg CW (clckwise) r 90 deg CCW (cunter clckwise). Save: When mdifying a pattern, if yu wuld like t save that specific design fr a later date, yu can tuch the save buttn, name it what yu wuld like and the system will place it at the bttm f the patterns list. Scale: Smartscale: will try and fit the pattern inside yur pattern bx as best it can withut ging ver the edge f the bx. It will als give yu the ptin t keep r nt keep prprtins f the pattern. Fr thse less intricate designs yu can set yur dial higher. Versin 2.00 19

Sectin 5: Trubleshting Remte Truble Shting Q: When setting my quilt area, I d nt get a width r height fr my area. A: Ensure that bth f yur belts are attached crrectly. Next check under Setup, the mtrs shuld read Mtr Fwd (if the black mtr bx is munted n the frnt) and Mtr Rev (if the mtr bx is munted t the back). SEE MOTOR BOX TROUBLE SHOOTING FOR MORE TROUBLE SHOOTING. Q: When running I frequently get mtr errrs. A: First step is t check yur belt tensin. The black belt makes a cmplete lp parallel t yur carriage. Place yur finger in between the lped belt, and push the belt clsest t the carriage twards the carriage (see step 14 under belt setup in the assembly instructins). Als check the white belt tensin. If yu are still getting an errr after checking the belts g t Adjusting Cnstants in this truble shting sectin. Q: My machine mves t the starting pint and stitches nce s I can pull up the bbbin thread, but when it runs the pattern it desn t stitch at all? A: Ensure yu switched yur carriage encder wire with the included Shirley Stitcher II encder wire. Next, make sure yur carriage encder wire is plugged fully int the Stitcher bx. If yu are using the riginal Tin Lizzie encder wires, ensure they are fully plugged in. Yu shuld be able t use yur handle bars and d free mtin stitching. If yu can nt, yu will need t truble sht yur junctin bx (see the next questin). Q: When I insert my pattern int the pattern bx, it is cming in upside dwn r sideways and I want it straight up and dwn. A: The pattern will always rtate t yur baseline (see set pattern bx pg 6) Q: When setting a pattern bx I get an errr that says Pattern Bx lines can nt crss. A: This happens when setting yur pattern bx and lines are crssing, r yu set a pint by tuching the (+) key, then withut mving the machine, the check mark right after. Tuching the check mark adds a pint as well as finishes the pattern bx. If yu accidentally tuch the (+) mark fr the 4 th pint, just nudge the machine a bit and tuch the check mark, this will ensure it s nt putting a pint n tp f the previus pint. Q: When setting my pattern bx I keep getting an errr that pattern bx lines can nt crss. A: Yur pattern bx will autmatically draw a line frm yur last pint t yur first pint fr yu, yu d nt have t clse the bx. Make sure yu are nt mving the machine and setting pints n lines that have already been created, if yu see a line n the screen, yu can nt g ver the tp f that line. Secndly, Junctin Bx Truble Shting Q: When I turn n my machine, nne f my handle bar functins wrk. A: Ensure all yur cables are plugged in securely. Next, with the Tin Lizzie machine n, unplug the 9 pin cable that is cnnected t yur Tin Lizzie Pwer bx. Then plug this back in. Des yur junctin bx beep? Can yu use yur handle bar functins nw? Cycle the machine pwer again. Des the junctin bx beep? If yu push needle up, des it d ne rtatin f the needle? If nt, it may be a handle bar issue and cntact custmer supprt. If it des wrk, plug in the encder wires. Cycle the Tin Lizzie pwer again. Des the junctin bx beep? Des the light n the junctin bx activate? Activate Lizzie mde n the handle bars, des the machine stitch regulate? Q: When using the handle bars and starting stitch regulatin, the machine des nt stitch. A: D all ther handle bar functins wrk? Needle up/dwn? Manual mde? If everything else wrks, it is an encder issue r an encder cable issue. Check t ensure yur cables are fully plugged in. Check the encder testing lights (if using yur tin lizzie encder cable, this is lcated at the base f yur Tin lizzie Pwer Bx)(If using the SSII encder cables, this is the junctin bx light), when yu mve yur machine left t right des the light flicker? When yu mve it frnt t back des the light flicker? If it desn t flicker in ne f the directins, but des in the ther, then it is either a cable r encder issue and cntact custmer supprt. Q: When I activate Lizzie mde using the handle bars, my stitch regulatin is erratic, smetimes it wrks and smetimes it desn t. A: Check yur encder cable wires, and ensure they are all securely plugged in. Then check the encder wheels, mve the machine frnt t back and left t right, des the wheel turn 100% f the time. If it des nt, yu will need t clean yur wheels and the rails. If the wheel des turn 100% f the time, there is a prblem with yur encder r yur encder wire and cntact custmer supprt. Rbt (Black mtr Bx) Truble Shting Q: When running, I get an errr and the machine stps and will nt cntinue. A: When running, if an errr cmes up and the system stps cmpletely because f the errr, it may be a few things. 1. Yur belt tensin is t lse. 2. Yur belt brackets are incrrectly attached. 3. The cnstants fr yur system need t be adjusted (see belw). 4. Yu are running ver a cable, r smething is preventing the system frm mving. ADJUSTING CONSTANTS After yur system has been setup prperly, yu system shuld be gd t g, but if yu are hearing vibratin nises frm yur belts r getting an axis errr yu can fix that by using these steps: 1. While the system is running, tuch bth the belts and find ut which is vibrating. 2. Yu can tighten yur belts a tuch and it shuld clean up the sund. 3. If yu feel yur belts are already at a gd tensin yu can adjust yur cnstants 4. G int HOME SETUP CONSTANTS 5. Think abut this like Trignmetry Math class X Axis is left-right, Y axis is tp-bttm. If yur X belt is vibrating r giving an errr turn the number dwn a bit (g in increments f 10). 6. Yu can either slide the slider r yu can tuch just belw the slider and it will mve in increments f 10. Q: When setting my Quilt Area I dn t get a Width, height r bth. A: There are a few things t check: 1. Ensure yur belts are bth attached crrectly, and that the pulley s are activating n the belt crrectly. This can be checked by mving the machine frward and back, des the pulley n the tp f the mtr bx turn? Mve the machine left t right, des the pulley n the back side turn? 2. G t the setup and under the Updates tab, ensure it says Mtrs Fwd (if the mtr bx is munted at the frnt). 3. If yu set yur Quilt Area backwards d yu get a width and height? Fr example, when it says g t the back left, yu need t g t the frnt right. Then t the frnt left, then t the back left. D yu get values nw? If yu d, g int the setup and change the mtr placement as mentined in step 2. 4. Activate the Hrizntal Lcks (see pg 15), des yur machine lck hrizntally? Activate the vertical lcks, des the machine lck vertically? If these bth lck, but yu cntinue t have n reading when setting the Quilt Area, cntact custmer supprt. USB Jump Drive Help Q: Hw d I cpy files nt my jump drive t be used n the remte? A: If yu are cpying an update fr yur system it is imprtant t fllw sme guidelines: Ensure that yur file yu are lading has been un-zipped. Zipping a flder cmpresses it t make it easier t dwnlad, but the remte can nt read a zipped file, s it needs t be un-zipped. After yu have unzipped yur file yu have several ptins fr cpying the file t yur jump drive. When yu re jump drive is inserted int yur cmputer it shuld autmatically pen giving yu the ptin t Open Flder t view files. If it des nt pen yu will need t manually pen the windw. G t the start, select my cmputer and find yur USB jump drive in the list. T cpy the file t the jump drive yu can: Drag the files frm the pen un-zipped windw int the pen USB windw. Yu can right click the un-zipped file and cpy it directly int the USB jump drive. Updating and cpying files t my remte Q: I have tried updating my system frm my jump drive, but it is nt wrking. A: If yu are having issues updating yur remte (r rbt) it is mst likely an easy fix. 1. Make sure the file has been un-zipped. 2. Make sure yu are pening the flder and selecting the file t update with. 3. Make sure that yu have all the crrect files n the jump drive. Plug yur jump drive int yur cmputer and remember hw the files are named. Ntice which files are in flders and which aren t. If the file yu are trying t cpy t the remte is in a flder, yu will have t pen the flder (duble click the name n the remte) in rder t cpy the crrect file. The system can nly cpy files, it can nt cpy flders. Versin 2.00 22
