Mr. Zinyakatira joined Hangala Group in June 2015 as the Investment Manager Private Equity with over four years corporate banking experience in trade finance in the United Arab Emirates, and three years project management and management consultancy in Namibia and across Africa. 7

Mr Agapitus, with over nine years experience in electrical engineering projects in Namibia, focuses his knowledge and technical skills on developing Solar Photovoltaic Projects to provide sustainable renewable power for Hangala Group and Namibia. Property Development and Project Management Hangala Properties (Pty) Ltd supervises our property development activities, while project management is conducted through PPH Investments. Property development is one of the core businesses of Hangala Group. Our focus includes: land delivery, residential, commercial, industrial and retail development. Properties 10

Financial Services Asset Management: Through Hangala Capital, in a joint venture with Prescient Holdings, we established EMH Prescient Holdings - in which Hangala Capital effectively has a 28% shareholding. Prescient is a multinational business whose operations span sub- Saharan Africa, Europe, Australia and Asia. Over the years, Prescient has evolved into a partnership of people and companies servicing a broad range of clients across a number of disciplines around the world. Prescient Limited is listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange, with the head office based in Cape Town, currently managing about N$120 billion in South African assets. EMH Prescient Holdings through EMH Prescient Investment Management, a licensed Namibian asset management company, offers unit trusts as well as segregated investment solutions with just over N$500 million of assets under management. Private Equity: In a solid partnership with Prescient Global South Africa as a Technical Partner, we founded Hangala Capital Private Equity (Pty) Ltd as an Unlisted Investment Manager (UIM), in which Hangala Capital (Pty) Ltd has 60% shareholding and Prescient Global has 40% shareholding. In adherence to Regulation 28 and 29 of the Pension Fund Act, the Hangala Capital Fund (Pty) Ltd was then established and licensed as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), by the National Financial Regulator, NAMFISA, and is managed by Hangala Capital Private Equity (Pty) Ltd. Agribusiness The Group, through Ombanje Farming on their 6000-hectare farm, is involved in the production of Bonsmara stud cattle, crops, small stock and game. It is situated on the B1 Road between Otavi and Tsumeb. The Group is also at the advanced stages of venturing into poultry farming and agro-processing that will include maize and wheat milling as well as animal feed manufacturing. Furthermore, it is the Group s intention to be involved in fertilizer importation and distribution in Namibia. In line with the Group s spirit of partnership, we are engaging through Hangala Agribusiness with global leading players in the above-mentioned industries to establish plants in Namibia. Construction Hangala Group has teamed up with the NMC Group, a construction company and engineering firm that is based in Cape Town, to form NMC Construction Namibia, in which Hangala Group has 30% shareholding. NMC Construction specializes in building work: commercial, industrial, retail, civil and residential. Hangala Group has established a wholly owned subsidiary, Hangala Construction, for the construction of projects between N$ 1-25 million in value. Hangala Construction has gone into a relationship with NMC Construction in which NMC Construction provides a management and supervisory service to Hangala Construction, and thereby endeavours to uplift Hangala Construction from a SME status into a formidable national construction company. Transport Hangala Group holds a 30% share in Hertz Car Rental Namibia. Hertz has offices at the Hosea Kutako International Airport, the City of Windhoek, Ondangwa Airport and Walvis Bay Airport. Through our partnership with Pamue Investment Corporation, we own a 7% shareholding in the fuel distribution company: Unitrans Namibia (Pty) Ltd. Motors 14

Resources Hangala Group owns a 20% shareholding in Scatec Solar Namibia, a subsidiary of the Norwegian/Japanese global solar brand. The Group has partnered with Scatec Solar, a leading Global Solar PV Independent Power Producer to focus on harnessing Namibia s abundant solar resources for power generation in Namibia. Scatec Solar is responsible for the development, construction and operation of over 400 MW of solar power plants worldwide, with 200 MW located in Southern Africa and another 258 MW scheduled for construction in 2017. Through Evi Mining Co. Ltd, Hangala Group has a small interest in B2Gold Namibia. Resources 15
