Introduction The process The Photolithography Process: Printing process consists of 3 steps: Coat, Expose, & Develop Performed by two machines linked together: Stepper & Track 1. Track: Coats the Si wafer with Photosensitive resist material 2. Stepper: Exposes the resist (1) Coat (Spin) by the Mask pattern (2) Expose 3.
