Introduction ECA 4058 is a coin vending controller. It is used in water vending machines. We can use JY926 or ICT UCA2 coin acceptor with this controller and any other coin acceptor can also be attached with the help of customer care support. This is very high tech as well as price efficient model. This is economical model for water vending machine. This is highly precise and long durable product. We can operate it in several operating modes. It mainly works in two modes. That is flow meter mode and timer mode. Flow mode and timer mode. Send Button is here Now do not wait for waiting to receive.now type and send password to open setting menu Login Password is required to operate any control panel from android mobile. You may know default password from your administrator.this is six characters password from which login can be done. All further commands will work only when login is done properly. Any command given without login will revert as invalid command. If you see invalid command its mean that either you didn t login or not given command properly. There are two types of password first is user/operator password and second is master password. All basic setting can be done by user password, whereas some special setting can be done by master password on demand of administrator only. Flow Meter Mode In this mode dispense is done based on flow sensor counts. In this mode flow sensor is deployed in dispensing outlet pipe line. Flow meter is used for getting batter accuracy to avoid variation occurred due to increase or decrease tank level. When water flows from flow sensor, there is a wheel in the flow sensor that rotates. The controller senses each rotation when water flows. After completing the counts as programmed by user controller stop the dispensing. For setting Controller in flow meter mode. The command format is [mode2][space][f] for flow miter mode [mode2][space][t] For timer mode The factory default is timer mode e.g. mode2 f for flow miter mode mode2 t for timer mode Coin Acceptor Setting We can use these six types of coins in that coin acceptor.
Which is called (A for 1 rupee coin) (B for 2 rupee coin) (C for 5 rupee coin) and (D for 10 rupee coin). Dispense Quantity Setting In this we can program dispense quantity for each type of coins individually. If the controller is set in timer mode then the quantity setting is in multiple of 10milliseconds. For example= If we want to run the relay for 1 second so we program 100 counts for 1 sec. And if we want to set relay runtime for 5 seconds then we program 500 counts. The command format is [cnt][space][x][500] Where X is replaced by a for 1Rs. X is replaced by b for 2Rs. Then You give command [cnt][space][x][y] Where:- Y is the no. of counts required to complete dispense for that coin. X is replaced by a for 1Rs. X is replaced by b for 2Rs. For example= If we want 100cnt for 1 rupee then we give [cnt][space][a][100] for 1 rupee e.g. cnt a100 If you want to know how much quantity for each coin is programmed in setting menu. 1. Press the "Add" and "minus" buttons at the same time for about three seconds, then the Letter "A" will appear From the LED display. 2. Press the "setup" button once, and the letter "E" will appear. Next, use the buttons to Choose how many kinds of coins you would like to use; then press the "setup" button Again to finish. 3. The letter "H" will appear after pressing the button. Use the "Add" and "minus" buttons to Choose how many Samples you would like to insert later. Next press the "setup" button Again to finish. 4. The letter "P" will appear after pressing the button. Use the "Add" and "minus" buttons to Choose the amount of output's signals/pulses you want. The quantity limited is 50 times. Next, press the "setup" button to finish. 5. The letter "F" will appear after pressing the button. Use the "Add" and "minus" buttons to Choose accuracy. The value is from 1~ 30 and 1 is the most accurate. Normally, 5~10 will Be fine. Next, press the "setup" Button to finish. 6. So far, you have successfully set up the first coin. Please repeat all above procedures until You have set up all the coins. The letter "A" will appear again after all above procedures Are finished. 7. Press the "setup" button, and the letter "E" will appear. Finally, turn off and turn on the Power. The setup will be stored. You can start sampling after the setup is finished. Please choose at least 20 coins. The sampling process will affect the accuracy of coin selector. Sampling 1. Press the "setup" button, then letter "A" will appear from the LED display. 2. Press the "setup" button again, and then letter "A1" will appear. Next, start to insert Sample Coins. The LED Display will show how many coins you insert. The letter "A1" will appear again after Finished. 3. Press the "setup" button again, then the letter "A2" will appear. Next, start to sample 2nd Coin and repeat no. 1 and No. 2 until all the coins are set up. 4. After finished the sampling, press the "setup" button.
