PROJECTS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 1 Part Analysis, When we receive the 3D data, we will start the part analysis, show the gate position, parting line, potential concerns, etc. on the 3D data. 2 Mold Specification Sheet. After we receive the purchasing order, we will make the mold specifications as per your mold requirements, then send it to the client for confirmation. It is better if the customer can provide us with specifications and mold manufacturing standards. 3 Mold drawings. We will design the 2d drawing first when get the confirmation of the mold specifications, then the 3D mold drawing will be provided. 4 Tooling schedule. The tooling schedule will be provided after getting the confirmation for the steel cutting. This schedule will be updated on every Monday following, along with detailed noted projects of the process with photos. 5 First article inspection report. This will be provided after the mold trail, and also with the video and pictures showing the mold running status and samples status. 6 Before mold shipping. We will provide the checking list, which includes all the items which need to be confirmed before mold shipping, along with the pictures.

LOTUS EVORA 400 in 2014-2015 From 10-2014 to 06-2015 CAMEL Engineering received a package order 113 sets of plastic injection tools and related checking fixures for the Lotus Evora 400, CAMEL Eng. is in charge of parts development, molds designing, molds building and 500 sets pre production, the Lotus Evora 400 is by far the most extreme Lotus road car of the New Millennium. Its lightweight chassis has been lowered and widened to make cockpit entry and exit to the 2+2 composite body easy. The Evora 400 exudes the Lotus spirit of lightness and driving purity so succinctly. Despite producing 400bhp (406ps) from its 3.5-litre supercharged V6 engine, with its comfortable cabin displaying many new features, the overall kerbweight of the Evora 400 has been reduced by 22kg over its forebear.
