R90074998 R90074998 Type VT504-X/ VT504-X/ Fnctional description VT 504-X analoge amplifiers are designed as plg-in cards in Ero-format. As a standard, they are provided with one command vale inpt each for pressre and swivel angle [] (power limiter, optional). The actal pressre vale is sensed by a pressre transdcer. A position transdcer on the pmp acqires the actal swivel angle vale. The acqired actal vales are processed in an amplifier [0 and ] and compared with the injected command vales. Minimm vale generator [4] ensres that only the controller assigned to the relevant working point is atomatically activated. The otpt signal of minimm vale generator [4] becomes the command vale for the closed control loop of the valve. The optional power limiter is atomatically activated by the feed-forward of a sitable command vale. The power command vale can be provided internally or externally. If reqired, it acts directly on swivel angle controller [] via a minimm vale generator []. The actal valve vale (position of the valve spool) is acqired by an indctive position transdcer. Oscillator/demodlator circit [0] processes the signal. Valve spool position controller [5] determines and processes the system deviation. The otpt signal of valve controller [5] forms the command vale for self-clocking crrent otpt stage [6], which controls the proportional solenoid of the valve. The amplifier card has a failre notification otpt at which there is a voltage of 0 V in case of failre. Simltaneosly, the H LED lights p and the otpt stage is de-energized. The following events trigger an error message: Actal pressre vale greater than permissible system pressre (socket p act > 0 V) Enable signal missing at connection 6c Excessive temperatre of the otpt stage Cable braek or range of swivel angle feedback exceeded Cable braek or range of valve spool position feedback exceeded Cable braek proportional solenoid Cable braek pressre transdcer (only in conjnction with setting 4 to 0 ma) In the case of an error, the otpt stage is deactivated and the valve spool pshed by a spring to its mechanical end position. The error can only be acknowledged by a reset of the enable signal. The pressre-related pmp leakage can be compensated for via the swivel angle control loop sing potentiometer [5].
