With that in mind, I want to encourage everyone to be present for our upcoming club meeting. We will be talking about the food plan for our Christmas Party and asking club members to give us an idea of what they can bring. December will be our big yearly raffle and our silver half dollar giveaway. So, be looking at what you can bring for our raffle. Again, we will also be raffling off a $500 Visa Gift Card. We need all of our members to sell at least 10 books. This year the book will contain five tickets and the cost is one dollar per ticket or five dollar for the book. We are a month late in getting out the tickets and that is one reason why it is important that each member be present. We just had our night hunt at the Coffey s Blueberry Farm and had a good turnout. We had thirteen hunters in the Mystery Maze hunt and twenty one hunters in the Night Hunt. We gave away 212 dimes in the Mystery Maze hunt and 380 dimes in the Night hunt for a total value of $988.00. We had three prize tokens that were not found and those prizes will be given away during our monthly meeting. See you Friday night. Larry

3 Three Forks Christmas Party 6:30 PM Friday December 6th at our regular meeting place in Wagoner. A signup sheet will be passed around at the November Club Meeting so think about what you will bring. If you are not going to be at the meeting you can call or email to let us know what you are bringing. We will be having the biggest Raffle of the year so bring lots of donations and lots of money to buy tickets. The club has bought 20 Silver Half Dollars for the Raffle. We will also be drawing for the $500.00 Visa Gift Card. Don t forget your Table Centerpieces. Everyone that brings one will be going home with a different one. Find of the Month Contest Winners will be rewarded. We will also have the Find of the Year Contest so bring an entry for each category from this year s finds and you may win a trophy! Welcome to our Newest Members Jody Groover & Jessica Graham From Tulsa Michael Thornton Of Wagoner

4 Our Three Forks Treasure Hunters Club will be having a drawing for a $500.00 Prepaid Visa Card. Tickets are a dollar each and we will have books of 5 for $5.00. The drawing for the $500.00 Prepaid Visa card will be held at our Christmas Party on December 6th. You need not be present to win. Photos of the winning ticket will be posted on our website the following day. You can purchase tickets from any of our club members or you can buy them by mail. Visit our website at www.threeforkstreasurehunters.org for more details. Thank you for supporting our Club. All Club members are urged to check out and sell as many tickets as they can. This is a major fund raiser for our club s general fund.
