This pack contains: Invitations 5x7 2 Party Circles (Cupcake Toppers) Cupcake Wrappers Water Bottle Wrappers Mini Candy/Choc Wrappers Thank You Hang Tags PERSONALIZATION: All sample text in this pack can be changed and personalized by you at home! To personalize this Party Pack you will need to have the latest Adobe Reader installed on your computer. You can download a free copy of this program at http://adobe.com/go/reader. This pack will only work in Adobe Reader - it will not work in any other PDF viewer!! Choose which page(s) you wish to personalize, open the file in Adobe Reader and simply start typing over my sample text in the highlighted fields. You can use tab to move from one highlighted field to the next. You can also save your changes to the files so you can return to them later! Please note that you will not be able to change the design, color or location of any of the graphics. You will only be able enter customized wording in the highlighted fields. TEXT EDITING: The highlighted text fields are one of two types, either: (a) Multi-Line Field - where you have a number of lines available to input your wording. You can change the text size if your custom wording doesn t fit the space by pressing Control+E (Command+E for a mac) in Adobe Reader and bringing up the Text Properties Toolbar. Simply highlight your text and change the text size. (You can also change the font type and font color here as well but I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON T as the font and colors that have been specially chosen to coordinate with the graphics and theme of this pack!). (b) Auto-Fit Field - where you have only 1 line available to enter your text and any text you enter will resize to fit the space (you cannot manually change the text size in these fields). If you have problems typing spaces in the fields, please type without spaces and then use the arrow keys to move back and add the space. PRINTING: You can choose to print these files either at home on your color printer or at a print/copy shop such as Staples, Kinkos etc.
Here are some tips for when you are ready to print: (a) Select Actual Size under the Page Handling & Size option (this is the same as None under the Page Scaling option in earlier versions of Adobe Reader) unless you specifically want to print out items smaller. (b) Select the best quality printing option from your Print Setup Dialog Box. (c) Select the Letter - Borderless option (if available) under the Page Settings Dialog Box. (d) You do not have to print the entire pack at a time - you can print individual pages by scrolling through the pack till you are on the page you wish to print, then select Current Page from the Pages to Print options in the Print Dialog box. PAPER CHOICE: This party pack is formatted for US Letter sized paper (8.5 x 11 inches). For best results, I recommend that this party pack be printed on WHITE heavyweight Matte Photo paper or Cardstock unless otherwise specified. Please remember that the different print settings on your computer, the type of paper used and the quality of your printer can affect the output. INSTRUCTIONS: Please read these before printing and cutting as I have tried to include some useful tips and alternative uses of each of the designs. INVITATION Each invitation measures 5 x 7 inches Personalize with Adobe Reader. Make sure to include the birthday child s name, party day/date/ time information, party location and RSVP information. You will only need to type in your personalized details into the first invite - the second invite will update with your details automatically. Print and cut along cut lines using scissors or a paper trimmer. PARTY CIRCLES Personalize with Adobe Reader and print. Punch circles out with a 2 inch circular punch or cut out 2.25 inch squares using scissors or a paper trimmer. Use as: Cupcake Toppers: Attach with glue or tape to a toothpick and insert into iced cupcake. Attach a blank 2 circle to the back with double-sided tape to hide the toothpick if required. Straw Decor: Make a hole at the top and the bottom of each design with a holepunch. Slide a straw through the holes with design facing out. Small Food Labels:- Attach with double-sided tape to your food trays. Jar Labels: Print on Sticker paper and adhere design to jar. Small Favor Tags: Punch a hole through the top of the design and thread ribbon through to attach to your treat bag. Garland: - Glue or tape designs back-to-back and string on a matching ribbon.
CUPCAKE WRAPPERS Thicker paper may be slightly more difficult to keep closed, but will show less moisture/grease from the cupcake. Print and cut out designs with scissors and place double-sided tape on the ends of the wrapper. Wrap around iced cupcake, using the tape to close. Make sure icing is set to minimise smears. These wrappers are designed for a large cupcake size. WATER BOTTLE LABELS or NAPKIN RINGS or TREAT WRAPS These wrappers measure 10 x 1.5 inches each Personalize with Adobe Reader. Print and cut along cut lines. Remove existing wrapper off water bottle and wrap the new wrapper around bottle securing with tape. Print on weatherproof paper if you will be getting bottles wet/cold (or cover wrapper with clear contact adhesive paper to protect it from moisture!). Trim ends if required. Change the text, reprint and you could also use as: Treat Wraps: wrap around treat and secure at the back with double-sided tape. Trim ends if needed. To minimise grease stains appearing on the wrap, try lining food with baking paper. Napkin Rings: wrap around folded or rolled up napkin and secure at the back with double-sided tape. Trim ends if needed. MINI CHOC WRAPPERS These wrappers are sized to fit Hersheys Miniatures Print wrappers (regular weight paper works well for these wrappers as thicker paper may be difficult to keep closed). Cut along cut lines with scissors or a paper trimmer. Fold around mini chocolates and secure with double sided tape or glue. THANK YOU HANG TAGS Personalize with Adobe Reader and print. Cut along cut lines using scissors or a paper trimmer. Punch a hole in the circle at the top of the tag and attach to favor bag with ribbon. CONTACT ME!
