Some basic rules: Spraying distance should be approx. 30 cm! If the distance is too big you will get a poor spraying results. Only spray when the spray gun is in motion! Otherwise release the trigger! Avoid lumps! Lumps can disturb the infusion. Many small spots of adhesive are better than less big spots! Best spray picture looks like a fine spider web with many small spots. Less is more!!! 5 g/m² is enough. Don t spray more than 10 g/m²! After fixing the glassmat, press one mat on another! Pressing on is very important for the tack effect! Shut down the heating of the adhesive during longer work spaces (> 1 hour)! When you are using the HB700K Spray gun, don t load or unload the cartridges at ambient temperature! Temperature must be min. 80 C. Beware of the hot adhesive! Unload a cartridge only from the bottom by hold up the nozzle! Slide 2
