We had an excellent turnout at the annual for-members-only event at Samuell Farm Park in Mesquite. Thanks to Huntmaster Robert Jordan and generous club members we had a large amount of silver in the field, and a great selection of door prizes and raffle prizes. And contrary to the weather forecasts we had no significant precipitation the entire day, making it a cool and pleasant hunt. Our VP Dave Totzke will be standing in for me at this next meeting as I will be off at the annual archaeological dig in Israel. One item of business that will need discussing will be plans for the 4 th of July barbecue dinner we will hold June 26, in lieu of the regular meeting.
