Resuled CRDM has he service life of 20 years Two CRDM ses of his ype for Temelin NPP have been already manufacured and delivered 2. Verificaion of he 2 nd sage of up-grading resuls by : verificaion calculaions of all new consrucion assemblies laboraory esing of CRDM elecrical equipmen (see Fig 5) life ess of speciemen For he verificaion of he 2 nd sage of up-grading SKODA CRDM resuls o operae wih a cluser of 27 kg weigh, he life ess have been made on KODA es sand according o he programme approved by he Ukrainian Regulaory Office, Ukrainian NPPs and by he Chief Designer of WER-1000 NPP which is EDO,,GK>ROPRESS" For CRDM esing and operaion a NPPs new equipmen has been made in SKODA. The new equipmen is as follows: HW and SW skech for CRDM mainenance ( see Fig 4) Equipmen for pressure housing vericaliy inspecion Equpmen for pressure housing hydraulc esing Equipmen for CRDM assembly and ranspor This ype of CRDMs has been operaed since Augus 1996 a Uni 1 of Souh-Ukrainian NPP Currenly, SKODA NM has been manufacuring hese CRDMs also for oher Ukrainian NPPs where hey are inended o be used for reconsrucion and upgrading. -288-
