The installatin rutine requires cmputer administratr privileges. Befre updating a custmized system (SCS r INDIMO), please cntact yur lcal service engineer. Befre installing this sftware, it is required t install the Windws patches KB2921916 and KB3033929. Withut these patches, the ZEN installatin will terminate with an errr message. Installatin f the patch can be started frm the main menu f the ZEN setup tl. Scanner calibratin is mandatry when upgrading existing LSM 710, LSM 780 r LSM 7 MP (single scan head) systems with this Service Pack. This can be dne with the nrmal SMT task fr scanner calibratin. The calibratin is nt required when the systems have befre been running with ZEN 2012 SP4 / ZEN 2011 SP6, as this already required the recalibratin. Nte that a calibratin bjective is required t perfrm the calibratin. LSM 880 and LSM 700 systems d nt require a recalibratin. When installing this sftware, previus versins will be autmatically uninstalled. Please refer t the manual fr the dcumentatin f knwn limitatins. Knwn Bugs Aut Z Brightness Crrectin with Z-Piez and 405 Laser wrks nt as efficient as with ther wavelengths. At laser intensities belw 5%, the brightness crrectin is limited by an additinal attenuatin mechanism. Using mre than 5% laser pwer results in crrect brightness crrectin. (#113287) When images created in ZEN blue are prcessed in ZEN black, sme metadata may be lst. This affects mainly multi-blck images (e.g. scenes, tiles etc.). Mst prcessing tls wrk crrectly. ZEN might nt finish the experiment acquisitin crrectly in rare cases, when the Autsave ptin is used and a rather cmplex experiments are acquired. Als it shuld be avided t use Experiment Designer with nly ne acquisitin blck. (#132269) Spt Bleach series with different scan speed shws image artefacts. These are caused by laser excitatin bleed-thrugh due t the spt bleach mde. Unchecking different scan speed slves this issue. Incrrect frame rate with specific, very small image frmats. The displayed acquisitin frame rate might be higher than the actual frame rate when very small frmats (e.g. 128x48) are used. The displayed scan time is crrect. This behavir is nly bserved when reducing the sampling after using crp. Try t keep the sampling after crpping.
