Engines We can valorize he flue gas, jacke waer or boh. For economical and financial reasons, i can be more efficien o have wo separae circuis, wih one ORC o recover flue gas hea and a second separae ORC o recover he jacke waer hea. Engine radiaors are a pure invesmen, wih no possibiliy of payback ime. Moreover, hey have o be replaced on a regular basis. When jacke waer hea is recovered wih an ORC soluion, he engine is cooled a he same ime, effecively replacing he engine s radiaor. This eliminaes he need o buy a dedicaed radiaor for a new engine insallaion. For exising engines here will be no need o replace he radiaor regularly, as our sysem has a year lifeime. ORC echnology avoids corrosion issues and urbine wear associaed wih seam urbines such as blade erosion and high speed operaion resuling in low mainenance coss.
