Steve Del Grosso, MSC, PMP Steve DelGrosso has been an active PMI member and Project Management Professional (PMP) credential holder since 1993. He has been a member of the PMI South Florida Chapter and is currently a PMI North Carolina Chapter member. He has served as director of the PMI Government SIG, Vice Chair of the PMI Global Corporate Council, and a Project Management Journal editorial review board member. For the PMI Board of Directors he has served as Chair of the Strategy Development Oversight Committee and currently holds the office of the vice chair. He serves on the East Carolina University Computer Science Advisory Board and is a member of the University of Miami (Florida) Industrial Engineering Advisory Board. Mr. DelGrosso is the director of IBM s Project Management Center of Excellence. His over 30-year career in information technology has spanned many areas, including hardware and software product development, strategic planning, manufacturing engineering, data processing services management, system engineering design and architecture, advanced technology market development and healthcare industry delivery management. He specializes in performing risk management and program reviews on client engagements spanning multiple disciplines and engaging global resources. He has managed multi-million dollar programs in the travel and transportation, manufacturing and healthcare industries. Mr. DelGrosso is a published author and subject matter expert and has been cited in textbooks and recently published articles in major trade journals and newspapers. He appeared on the cover of PM Network magazine in April 2004. Mentoring, teaching and giving back to the project management profession are important aspects of Mr. DelGrosso s career. He has been an instructor for IBM s award-winning project management curriculum and helped develop IBM's project management education curriculum. He currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of Miami, School of Engineering and Skema Business School, where he teaches graduate-level courses in project management. Mr. DelGrosso holds a master's of science degree in the management of technology and a BS in industrial engineering, both from the University of Miami.

Brandon Lane, MBA, PMP Brandon Lane is a leader with a passion for building high performing teams by focusing first on the development of the individuals that comprise them. He has achieved incredible results by applying a personal leadership philosophy centered on stretching his employees to reach their highest potential and building respect and trust among the team. As a result of consistently exceeding expectations, he has assumed positions of increased responsibility in both Engineering and Project Management organizations via a series of fast track promotions in a Fortune 250 Electric Utility. George Flanagan, MSPM, PMP, PMI-RMP, PMI-ACP George Flanagan is a Senior Software and Systems Quality Assurance Manager for Bank of America. In prior roles at Bank of America, George served as a Technical Project Manager. Prior to this tenure, he served in the United States Navy for more than twelve years in a variety of technical roles. He holds a Masters degree in Project Management from George Washington University and three certifications from PMI. He presented at last year s PDD. His session was among the highest rated sessions with several members requesting him to return and share additional topics.

Brandon Conrad Brandon is a Product Manager with MatchWare Inc. and an expert in Mind Mapping Software. His specialty is bridging the gap between mind mapping and project management. Over the last 7 years, Brandon has been a key player in the development of project management rules as they relate to mind mapping software. With degrees in economics and psychology Brandon brings a unique skill set to project mind mapping. Brandon has worked for MatchWare since 2005 as a product manager. In his time there he has focused on mind mapping software and how it relates to project management. Brandon has written articles and given presentations to multiple project management groups in the US and Europe about using mind mapping in project management. His articles have been published in multiple PMI publications. His presentations have been with various PMI chapters and at the PMI Global Congress in 2009. You might recognize his presentation - Evolution of the pre-historic sticky note.

Yassin Chickha, MBA, PMP Yassin Chickha is the President and CEO of Masters Consulting, a boutique consulting firm specializing in technology applications development and support. Through his company, he provides project management training and consulting serving multiple disciplines. Yassin is a Project Management professional with 19+ years experience in Project and program Management with focus on Information Technology. He has significant experience in development and implementation of process improvements, managing customer engagements, and quality management. He has also provided Project Management instruction to the PMI Metrolina Chapter s PMP Prep Class and served as an instructor at UNCC. He has also held senior project management positions at both IBM and Bank of America and is a past president of the PMI Metrolina chapter.. He holds both PMP and IBM Project Management certification. He holds an MBA from Wake Forrest University and a Master s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University.

Steve Holmes, PMP Steve has been a certified PMP since 1995 and has close to 30 years of project management and project controls experience in the energy, automotive and manufacturing industries. He is noted for his focus on consistency, process improvement and on-time delivery of all projects. Steve is currently a Project Director at Duke Energy, responsible for the successful implementation of Project Management Center of Excellence standards and guidelines across all construction divisions. This follows project and functional leadership positions with CB&I, M.W. Kellogg and Stone & Webster in the construction industry and project consulting experience with IMSI on vehicle programs, research, IT and manufacturing projects in the automotive industry. Steve holds a Civil Engineering Bachelor s degree from Loughborough University in England, and he has lived in the U.S. since 1987.

Artis Boyd, PMP, CISSP Artis Boyd is a Senior Project Manager with Wells Fargo for Learning Content Management in Human Resources. Prior to this, Artis provided project management leadership for the Wealth, Brokerage, and Retirement division of Wells Fargo. Prior roles included providing project management, business process redesign and technical security and architecture services at Westin Engineering for Greenville Utilities, Duke Energy, KPMG and Bank of America. Artis is a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). His specialties include broad experience in systems integration, business case development through assessments and facilitation of business requirements processes.

Jouel Valasquez, MBA, PMP Jouel is a trusted strategic advisor to multiple global clients with over 17 years of experience in SAP enabled Business Transformation Programs. He was also an operational executive involved with Lean Strategies in the area of Human Capital Management for a financial services firm. He has significant experience providing new organizational and operating models with deployment of global templates and development of shared service delivery models. He is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with an MBA in General Management and a BA in Biochemistry.

Boutros Magdi Boutros Awad, PMP Boutros was born in Alexandria, Egypt and received a BSc. Engineering (Architecture), from Alexandria University in 2000. He received his PMP certification in 2008 and a Post Graduate Diploma in Strategic Project Management from Herriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland in 2012. He has served as a Planning & Control Engineer and Project Manager for various projects in Egypt, Kuwait and Dubai. Currently, he is working as Projects Coordinator in Doyle Dickerson Terrazzo Co. in Charlotte, NC.

Mike Ryan, PMP, PMI- ACP, SSBB, CPA, CISA, CBAP Mike Ryan has helped Fortune 100 companies deliver projects in the Financial Services and Information Technology arenas. His experience is in Audit, Programming, Data Warehousing, Web Development, Card, Payments, Identity Management, Marketing (both Online and Database), ATM, Global Banking, Real Estate and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). Ryan has worked as an Auditor, Business Analyst, Process Manager, Product Manager and Project Manager ( both Waterfall and Agile). Mike holds both the Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI - ACP) certifications from the Project Management Institute. He was the PMI Metrolina Vice President of Programs. Ryan is a Six Sigma Black Belt as well as a certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) from the International Institute of Business Analysts. He has received two Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) educational certifications from Toastmaster's International. Early in his career Ryan received his Master's Degree in Accounting, obtained his Certified Public Accountant ( CPA ) in Florida and completed his Certified Information System Auditor ( CISA ) certification from the Information Systems Audit and Control Association ( ISACA ).
