Anne Molyneux, CA, CPA, FAICD Corporate Governance Expert Anne Molyneux is an experienced director and member of the Governing Board of the ICGN, a former trustee of pension funds and is an advisor in corporate governance (CG). She has developed CG practices for banks and insurance companies, family companies, state-owned enterprises, sovereign wealth funds and for regulators in Australia, Asia and South Asia, and Europe. Leyal Savas EAP Corporate Governance Program Manager, IFC Leyal Savas is the IFC Corporate Governance Advisory Program Manager for the East Asia Pacific region. She is based in Ho Chi Minh City. Before joining IFC, Leyal was a Director at Ernst & Young in the Middle East/North Africa region, providing advisory services in internal audit, corporate governance, and risk management. Phan Duc Hieu Vice President, Central Institute for Economic Management, CIEM As an analyst and policy-maker, he contributed to the success of the Government's project on administrative reform via his role as the head of the Investment Policy Review Group. He is the principal author of the Enterprise Law 2014 known as the largest reform law on business freedom. He has extensive experience in policy-making tools such as RIA and Standard Cost Measurement (SCM).

She has collaborated and provided CG advisory services to the SSC of Vietnam, Stock Exchanges, State Bank of Vietnam, CIEM, various companies, banks and investment funds in Vietnam. She has another 14 years of working experience as a CFO of Asea Brown Bovery Vietnam and also worked on external audit and transaction advisory services with international accounting firms in Vietnam, Taiwan, Thailand and the U.S Hoang Duc Hung Partner, PwC Vietnam He is a fellow member of ACCA, and a member of CPA Australia and VACPA with nearly 25 years of professional experience in advisory and auditing in South-East Asia, Australia and the US. He consulted on numbers of World Bank-funded projects on technical preparation for issuance of a Decree on Internal Audit, internal audit capacity building for the MoF, MoT, MoC and SBV as well as develop guideline and principle for financial supervision for state enterprises. Mandar Parasnis Senior Environmental Specialist, ESG, IFC Since 2008, Mandar is responsible for ensuring that IFC s sustainability requirements are applied consistently to IFC s projects in the manufacturing industry globally and investment projects in South and East Asia. He is an ISO 14001 EMS trainer with over 25 years of experience on environmental management in more than 30 countries. He has lived in India, Japan, Hong Kong and Thailand. Do Le Hung Independent Director and Audit Committee Chairman of Vinamilk / VIOD Director Prior to Vinamilk, Mr. Hung served as Director of Internal Audit and Internal Control at Big C Vietnam for more than eight years and worked as a Deputy Director of the Accounting Department of State Treasury at the Vietnam MoF for nearly six years. He is a certified trainer in corporate governance, internal audit and internal control, and fraud prevention.
