Delete 3.7.1.1 from and replace with The owner will be responsible to secure and pay for the third party permit reviews and the General Construction building permit. Each Prime Contractor will be responsible to secure and pay for any other permits, fees, licenses and inspections as described in 3.7.1 or required by East Donegal Township officials with the exception of the water tapping fee and fees from the cable TV and telephone companies. The East Donegal Township Municipal Authority will waive the water tapping fee for this project. In addition, each Prime Contractor will pay all utility fees and charges for construction work performed by the utility company serving their discipline, with the exception of the fees and charges by the cable TV and telephone companies. Section 220000 Ventilation Schedule with Calculations 608.15.4.2 Hose connection. Sillcocks, hose bibs, wall hydrants and other openings with a hose connection shall be protected by an atmospheric-type or pressure type vacuum breaker or permanently attached connection vacuum breaker. Provide a complete ventilation schedule showing the mechanical code occupant load, the supply, return and outside air required for each room or space. Wall hydrants will have an integral backflow prevention device and hose bibs will have an in line backflow preventor. See specification section 220000-2.12. The receptacle shall be located on the same level and within 7.5 m (25ft) of the heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment. The receptacle outlet shall not be connected to the load side of the equipment disconnecting means. In nonresidential occupancies, hot water or tempered water shall be supplied for bathing and washing purposes. Tempered water shall be supplied through a water temperature limiting device that conforms to ASSE 1070 and shall limit tempered water to a maximum of 110 F (43 C). This provision shall not supersede the requirement for protective shower valves in accordance with section 424.3? Tempered water will be provided to all fixtures requiring hot water.
