CCD Linear Image Seor MND 8-Bi High-Respoiviy CCD Linear Image Seor wih Inernal Clock Driver Overview The MND is a high respoiviy CCD linear image seor having floaing phoodiodes in he phoodeecor region, CCD analog shif regisers for read ou, and a buil-in clock driver. I provides large oupu a a high S/N raio for visible ligh inpus over a wide range of wavelengh. Feaures 8 floaing phoodiodes and n-channel buried ype CCD shif regisers for read ou are inegraed in a single chip. Since a clock driver circui is buil in, i is possible o drive his device using CM or TTL logic. Large signal oupu of ypically m a sauraion can be obained. Because a sample hold circui is buil in, he oupu waveform makes signal processing easy. Since a compeaion oupu pin () is provided in addiion o he signal oupu pin (), i is possible o obain a signal wih a high S/N raio by carrying ou differenial amplificaion of he and oupus.
