Definition of theoretical yield: Maximum surface that a paint can cover under ideal conditions. Practical performance varies depending on the type of surface used tool, applicator experience and other factors. 1 mil = 0.0254 mm. PRESENTATION AVAILABLE PRESENTATIONS 1/4 gl metal can (0.946 lt) 1 gl metal can (3.785 lt) SURFACE PREPARATION CONDITION INSTRUCTION Humidity Wood s moisture must be under 16%. Surface Preparation: Restore small details in wood, plywood or MDF Varnished Wood Wood must be dry, clean and thoroughly sanded. Remove all dirt, oils and contaminants to guarantee a proper adherence of the product. To resurface small wood details, use water-base Wood Putty 518-00800 in the desired shade (Mahogany 418, Pine 424 or Teak 420). On varnished surfaces whose layers are in poor condition, remove all badly adhering, blistering or peeling varnish. If previous varnish (Brilliant, Matte or Satin) is in good condition and you just want to restore it, sand it with # 180 grit to remove all shine to ensure a good anchor for the new varnish layers.
