If you have any questions contact your local dealer. For User Friendly assembly we have identified each individual component with the part code as indicated in the parts list. Please refer to the part code numbers and drawing to ensure problem free assembly. It s necessary to tighten the roof fabric enough to avoid hammocks on the roof and also re-tighten once or twice again after a few months of use. This is important when assembly in cold weather (autumn and winter) because the fabric is stiff then and when we got the sun and warm weather afterwards it will make the fabric "slack" again and need to be re-tighten before next winter. It s the owners responsibility to take of snow immediately if not slide of by itself. READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ASSEMBLY 1. Keep work area clean. Cluttered areas invite injuries. Do not set up near snow drifts, in slippery places, in high winds, or wet location. 2. Keep children away. All children should be kept away from the work area. Be aware of personal safety. Be careful not to pinch fingers with clips and tubes when assembling: when using makes sure there is adequate ventilation for exhaust and other dangerous fumes. 3. Do not over reach. Keep proper footing and balance at all times. 4. Do not assemble if under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Read warning labels on prescription to determine if your judgment or reflexes are impaired while taking drugs. IF there is any doubt, do not assemble. 5. Be aware of possible windy conditions; fasten the base in concrete if these situations may occur. Remove the cover during hurricane. 6. Be careful with power and heat sources. Do not keep heat sources near the tarpaulin. 6 A-EQUIPMENT AND TOOLS FOR INSTALLATION 1. Measuring Tape 2. String for alignment 3. Stake 4. Ladder or Scissors Lift 5. Sledge Hammer 6. Drill 7. Wrench 8.Knife INSTALLATION PROCESS A----BASE INSTALLATION Please refer to the diagram (Figure 2) to place the base plates: Figure 2 Base Plate installation 1. The measurement is from center to center of tubes on the base palates. Referring to the above diagram and confirm the place of base plates. There are there holes on the plates for stake pegs. Foundation placement As Figure 2 shows each Base plate is equipped with 3 pieces of Stake pegs.(no.27) Method of Placing Stake Peg 1. Mark the stake peg hold through the base plate by using the stake peg. Move the base plates away and the mark determines where the stake peg w ill be. 2. Note: The stake peg apply for normal conditions, not suitable to the rock ground, frozen soil and concrete ground. 5

7 B-FRAME INSTALLATION Figure 3 1. As Figure 3 shown to connect Roof bent tube(part No.1),Upper bent tube(part No.2),Lower bent tube(part No.3) and Standing leg(part No.4) by using Bolt 10x90(Part No.22),which makes one group of arches. 2. Note: Note: The Upper bent tube at front door (No.2A) which are welded with steel plates fare different from the middle arch. Please NOTE the direction of bolt, DO NOT install the Bolts on top of the truss where the fabric will rest. Figure 4 3.Insert one end of the assembled arch into one base palate and force the other end of the arch into the opposite base plate.(see Figure 4) 6

8 Figure 5 4.After finish installing the first two arches, connect the Purlin(Part No.5) on them by using Bolt 12x100(Part No.21).Then install the third arch into base plate and connect the purlin (see Figure 5). Finally install the Steel wire(part No.18) on Standing leg by using Clip(Part No.18A) )(See Figure 1) Do not tighten down the nuts completely until frame is fully assembled and set in place. the arches, the front and back panel should be assembled well on the ground before erected into the Base plate. 9 Back door Figure 7 D DOOR DOOR INSTRUCTION 1. Install the front and back door frame as Figure 5 and Figure Use Knitting Rope (No.25) on Front and Back cover to lace the grommets in the end to the tensioning tubes evenly. The end covers are tied to the frame (Roof, Middle & Lower Bent Tube) by Knitting Rope. They are also been secured to the end frame (door tube and side rail) by Knitting Rope. 3. Method of Fastening Front and Back Cover Insert the Door Bracing Tube (No.19) into the bottom of Front door cover (No.28). Put the Nylon Rope into the door cover and the Small Pulley onto Support Crossbeam for roof cover like the Figure 6.Finally fix it onto the Base Plate (No.6). 4. Tidy the Back Cover and Front Cover. Fasten the band inside the end of the roof cover, make the cover well fold to the frame and tie the end of the band to the Clips on Base Plates at four corners. 8

10 E--- INSTALLING THE ROOF COVER NOTE: Do not install the cover onto the frame of your building in high wind conditions. 1. As Figure 7 shows, When the Roof cover (Part NO.30) is over top of Frame assembly(figure 8) fix it by using Ropes(Part No.25). Figure 8 Figure 9 As Figure 9 shows, align one side of Roof cover evenly front to back, then cut 6 pockets according to the position of the base plates and put the Lower tensioning tube for Roof cover(part No.30),for roof cover into the pocket of roof cover. add band(no.33) for tie down ratchet at each point alone the cover opening, Put band for tie down ratchets over cover tensioning tubes at each base plate alone one side. Bands do not attach to tensioning tubes, but loop around and secure at both ends on ratchet. 9

The roof cover is tensioned from front to back by the rope lacing to grommet flaps inside the main cover, inside the unit at both front and rear arches. using the rope provided, lace the main cover grommet flap around the main frame front and rear arch pieces. start in the top middle of each arch, and lace to each side. add rope length by tying pieces together or cutting as necessary. NOTE: DO NOT LEAVE THE ROOF COVER UNATTACHED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES until the final assembly and tightening has been completed. The process is quite easy. But some tightening adjustments will be necessary to produce a flat, tensioned roof cover. Please adjust the roof cover every month. CONGRATULATIONS: NOW YOUR ASSEMBLY IS COMPLETED. 10
