4 STEEL SERVICES PLASMA CUTTING & BURNING Custom and standard shapes can be oxy fuel or plasma cut to your specifications, up to 6 hot roll in carbon steel plate & 2 thick stainless & aluminum. CUTTING & SHEARING BMG Industrial Band Saws are capable of sawing bundles 27 tall x 42 wide. Our Plate Shears can cut metal plate up to ½ thick & 12 long. PRECISION ALUMINUM PLATE SAWING Aluminum saw cut to precision tolerances on our 60 and 48 wide Aluminum plate saws. SPECIALTY METALS BMG s specialty metals division supplies all BMG locations with a wide assortment of stainless & aluminum products. With over 2 million pounds of sheets, plates, bars, pipe & tubing in its 55,000 square foot facility, BMG has become a leader in specialty metals throughout the market. With modern plate & cut-off saws, BMG is able to offer close tolerances & quick turnarounds for production type orders. Custom extrusions from customer-provided drawings can be provided or stocked. Please inquire on any special handling or packaging requirements. REBAR DETAILING & FABRICATION BMG s reinforcing bar division, B&R Rebar, offers expansive fabricating capabilities. We can shear & bend from #3 up to #11 bar. On-hand stock includes sizes from round to #14 bars in grade 40 & 60 & weldable (A706). B&R also handles epoxy coated, galvanized & even stainless rebar. In addition, reinforcement mesh sheets, rolls &accessories are stocked & ready to ship. B&R s experienced detailers & estimators can create drawings for projects from 1 to over 200 tons.
