3 STANDARD WORK STATIONS 1. PUNCHING STATION The double acting punch cylinder is machined and faced to assure proper alignment of the cylinder shaft under maximum load. Cylinder stroke length is adjustable both top and bottom with two easily set limit switches. The see-through stripper provides full view of punch for ease of alignment and operation. The stripper is also adjustable for varying thickness of material. 1. PUNCH DIE HOLDER The die holder will accept standard tooling and has two hole sizes (D and DX series only). The die holder slides in and out on two T-slots for ease of alignment and makes tooling changeover quick and trouble-free. The overhanging feature of the die holder allows for punching channel flange. 1. PUNCH TABLE The punch table provides support for the workpiece and also incorporates a worktable scale and an adjustable back stop for gauging. The punch work table is segmented and the front portion can be removed for punching angle iron. 2. BAR SHEARING STATION The round and square bar station allow for shearing various sizes using the holddown device. Larger and smaller blades are available. 3. ANGLE SHEAR The angle shear allows for both straight and miter cuts of varying sizes of angle material without a drop-out slug. The two alignment guides assure the squareness of every cut, while the adjustable holddown keeps distortion to a minimum. The angle shear blades have four useable sides and are easily changed. 4. FLAT BAR SHEAR The flat bar shear station has a cast iron support table with guides for accurate positioning and has scribe marks at 30 and 45 degrees for miter cuts. With the adjustable holddown and an upper blade with only a 3 degree rake angle, deformation is held to a minimum. The lower blade has four useable sides. A special feature of the flat bar shear is variable degree miter cutting on angle flange. 5. NOTCHING STATION The notcher is ideal for notching on either flat bars or angles. The gauging table has adjustable stops for precise positioning and the safety guard is electrically interlocked for maximum safety and visibility.

PUNCHING The machine punches from *1-1/5 (30 mm) diameter s (1/3 or 8 mm thickness) to *2-1/4 (57 mm) diameters (6/7 or 22 mm thickness) very efficiently. Punches and dies are easily changed. STEEL BAR SHEARING With this part of machine, squares from *1 (25 mm) to *2-1/6 (55 mm) and rounds from *1-1/5 (30 mm) diameters to *2-4/7 (65 mm) diameters can be cut very fast. By changing the blades you can also cut U or T sections. ANGLE SHEAR Here you can cut several types of angle sections efficiently. PLATE SHEAR With the long blade, you can do your daily sheet metal cutting works very fast. NOTCHING The machine comes with a rectangular notching tool which you can use for your notching works. We provide special notching tools for your notching works. *Punching diameter, material diameter and thickness can change according to machine models. LARGE HOLE AND SECTION PUNCHING, PRESS BRAKE TOOL The machine optionally punches from *1-1/2 (38 mm) diameters (*1/3 or 8 mm thickness) to *5 (125 mm) diameters (1/5 or 5 mm thickness) very efficiently. Punches and dies are easily changed. You can punch I, U, bar bending and angle sections in desired shape and size. Punches and dies are easily changed. Optional, by adding press brake on punching station you can do your daily sheet bending works very easily. We provide necessary tools. SECTION BLADES In this part of the machine you can cut U, I and T channel by changing blades. We provide special blades. SPECIAL V-NOTCHING TOOL Optional, by adding special V-notching tool to rectangular notching tool station you can notch 90 V notches very efficiently. We provide tools for special notching works. *Punching diameter, material diameter and thickness can change according to machine models.
